Richard of Pest XPress referred me to Brandon Cave when I called about a problem with bats inside my rental property. I told Brandon I needed help getting rid of bats. He installed a cone on one day so that bats can leave and not return. A few days later, he returned to remove the cone and patch a few holes. My tenant called me after his visits to say that he spent very little time at the property and brought ladies who were laughing all the time. I paid him $1800 plus HST and called and asked if he charged by the hour or by the job. He said he charged by the job. So I said that I expect that he did the job right and dealt with the bat issue. Six weeks later, my tenant called and told me there were two bats inside the house. His cats ate one of them and was batting around the other one. Clearly, Brandon did not solve the problem. When I called him back, he did not return my calls for days. Finally, I left a review on Google and he called me back immediately and told me he was in the U.S. and did not have phone service or his phone.I explained that there were still bats at the property and that what he did didn't work. I asked him to return to the property and do the job right. He never did. Over the next week or two, he would tell me and my tenant lies, i.e. that he called my tenant when he didn't, that he would call me, when he didn't, that he would return to property and check on his work, which he didn't. Then he started telling me for the first time that his job was just to patch holes" and not get rid of bats. When I followed up with him
