I ordered PFK from 6025 Henri Bourassa on ajan 13 at 6:14 online. Our order was supposed to arrive at 7:15. 7:40 still didn't arrive but my travker online said it was delivered. So i called the restaurant no answer, then my boyfriend started calling, they finally answered at 8:00, our order didn't leave yet, it was still sitting on the counter. So the woman said she would call the delivery guy right away. 8:30-840, still no order. My boyfriend calls again and they keep picking up and hanging up on him. But as he's very persistant he calls and calls and many hangups later, they do eventually answer. My boyfriend laces into the person that answered and he's trying to make excuses for the driver, but says our order has left. Order finally arrived at 9:15, 3 hours after we ordered. We had the light on, but the driver was lost, he was looking all around and was about to go to my neighbor's house, had my boyfriend not run out and see him. The food was also ice cold. WORST SERVICE EVER. NO WONDER THIS PLACE HAD ONLY 2.4 STARS. I gave a 1 star only because that's the lowest you can give. This place deserves a ---10. WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!! If someone from PFK is reading this you should change your staff or you will be losing many customers as I've read the other comments. Did I also mention that we were missing an item and missing chicken pieces in the bucket. The chicken pieces were tiny and chicken and fries tasted like they were 2 days old. Never did I experience such bad service anywhere.

Worst place ever! If I could give a negative review, I would. ALL the tables were disgusting, and no one offered to come clean one for me. They didn’t even have fried chicken. It’s KFC are you serious, just close the place already. The employees clearly didn’t give a S*** about their work. 0/10.

it was terrible, waited for a whole 1h45M above the estimated time that was supposed to arrive and when it arrive after around 5-7 calls to their restaurant and they didn't even pick up the phone had to phone them lots of time the food was cold and soggy in general it was just garbage service and food

Fast service during my visit , the girls at the counter were super friendly and polite during my visit here they took care of my order!The resto was super clean, the area is OK..

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Absolutely awful. Ordered the chicken sandwhich box. There were 3 popcorn chickens in my box. Small fry when I paid extra for a large one. No dipping sauces. No salad. Chicken sandwich tastes old. VERY disgusted and disappointed. Closes at 7:30PM on a Friday night so I can’t even call to complain. Absolute trash.

The staff was nice, the guys and stuff were okay so that I didn't mind.The food itself, though... The sauce was super, SUPER watery - normally KFC sauce, unless they changed it, is thick and rich. The only taste this sauce had was burnt, and it was so liquid that even a day in the fridge it was still just super liquid. It's like they dilute it more than they should.The fries tasted old, like when you get day old fries and pop them in the oven and they crisp up unevenly. Some pieces on a single fry were hard as a rock while another was super soft. It's just strange.We had some chicken tenders as well. So here's the thing - it's a hard thing to mess up. Normally they're breaded in the same coating as the chicken pieces, but this one looked and tasted like just random no name chicken tenders you get at a supermarket. Zero taste, chicken was super tough, coupled with the sauce I just don't understand what's going on there.Best part? We got some corn, because that was the only side they had left, and there was some hair in it. It's not from us since we both have a different hair color from the hair we found in the corn, but needless to say it was promptly thrown away.50 bucks for watery sauce, tough chicken tenders, bad fries, hair in your sides, what else could you ask for?I'd avoid this place - I know I'm never going again.

If you disregard my rating and still want to order at this location, I got two advices to give you:1. Give yourself at least half a hour for the pickup, 'cause it's going to take a while!2. ALWAYS CHECK IN THE BAG THAT ALL OF THE ITEMS YOU ORDERED ARE THERE... seriously, I got home twice with missing items, and all KFC wanted to give me with chicken popcorn!Hands down, the worst fast-food restaurant I have ever dealt with. By far.
