I really recommend this company!! Just moved out of Halifax and had to ship a bunch of boxes to Calgary and the rates and customer service were excellent. They let you book even just one business day in advance, which is very convenient (I’d recommend not leaving it that last minute though!) Their phone and email customer service team was also super patient with me as I was figuring out last minute details with them. Everything arrived safe and sound! The one I will say is they did charge me again at the end for excess weight not accounted for in the quote, which I was expecting since I knew my boxes were heavier than expected but I wish they had been a little more clear in their policies about that since it sort of came out of nowhere. I would still say their rates are very competitive.

I contacted Ship Canada in regards to a pickup, Anastasiia was prompt in replying to my email. Everything went well making arrangements and the item was picked up on time. I highly recommend Ship Canada

Emma answered all emails and followed the shipment till it arrived.I was not happy with many lags creating the arrival 8 day after est date. But this was not Emm's fault

I went to the website to get a fast & free" quote online. . It gave me a quote for shipping three boxes to Thailand. When I went to book the service it would not allow me to do it stating the tel # I was trying to input was incorrect. When I spoke to customer service they told me it must be a bug on site site and to send an email to Sales. Sales emailed me back to say they don't actually ship to Thailand. This is how technology implemented badly kiils trust and business. Its possible the shipping service isn't as useless as their website / customer service? Personally

Konstantine did an amazing job helping us ship some machines from the states to Canada! She made the process so smooth and stress free for us and at such a good price as well. We'll definitely be using ShipCanada in the future for any of our shipping needs!

I am so impressed by this company and most of all the customer support team. I was shipping a very fragile package across Canada and it was handled beautifully. There was a slight delay along the way but the delivery still made it within the 2 week time frame promised. Really impressed and pleased.

Just a bad experience I had with ship Canada. Most of the my stuff either broken, damaged or got lost during the shipment, see the pictures. It seems like they were throwing the boxes here and there.. I opened the claim with them and its been more than 2.5 months and not updates and no communication. If you want your stuff in on piece, don't go with this company. Highly NOT recommended.

My sales representative Emma was very professional and a delight to deal with. She was very fair with the price quoted and the delivery time was almost exactly as she had estimated and at this time, when availability of staff and equipment is sometimes a hardship for many companies ShipCanada did what we asked of them. I would recommend their services for any shipments that we have in the future and to anyone that needs to ship materials across Canada (we were shipping from Alberta to Nova Scotia).

Konstantine's attention to detail from the start was very impressive. He answered all our questions and provided us with estimates in a timely fashion. He was quick to address changes we made to the destination address so that we could accommodate the need for a forklift at the delivery site.All in all we heartily commend his attention to detail and knowledge of the LTL method of shipping. Job well done.
