Self employed Carpenter for 30 years. Will never ever buy anything from Makita ever again, only because this service center has put me thru the ringer so many F#$KING times. Horrible service. Horrible repairs. Horrible staff. I've spent thousands on repairs at this place. Go elsewhere!!!!!!

Excellent service on site. they are always friendly both in person and over the phone. good selection of Makita hardware on site. they are also clear to specify that they do not sell new drills there but refurbished units.Recommend going here if you are looking to get a drill repaired instead of replacing your unit.

Called in to book a repair for one of my pieces of equipment. Spoke with Boyd, he was fantastic. The only reason they are getting any stars. Not sure who the gentleman with the white hair was, I assume it was the manager, but when I arrived, customer service, let’s just say, was lacking. And that’s where they only get three stars. I was having a great day up until then, and he managed to put my blood pressure through the roof. That is a boy who does not like his job.

Nothing but the best tools and parts that will take hardcore use and abuse. Excellent customer service.They really should put up a sign marking the front of the store though.

First time coming here. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me everything I needed and taught me how to use the tool properly. I will definitely be returning to buy some new tools in the future
