I am on the tail end of Angela's 5 week detox program. I feel amazing! This program is clearly laid out and is so easy to follow. What I loved the most about this program is that it isn't just about my physical health but is designed to take care and heal emotional and spiritual health as well. The weekly journals, the healing session with Angela, and the botanical supplements are the perfect union to create this balanced and amazing program. I have lost 10 lbs but feel so healthy but most of all I feel balanced and successful in my health journey. I will definitely be doing this again. Thank you so much Angela!

From the moment you walk in you are greeted warmly and feel at home. The professionals who practice here are top in their respective areas of practice and it shows. They are all very professional and knowledgeable. The ambience is very settling. I felt comfortable in the Zen room waiting for my appointment. They also offer workshops that are great for friends and the blending bar is unique. I will definitely be coming back.

I have been receiving massages from Carlee Gudmandson for nearly three years. I had a painful knot under my shoulder blade that felt like the size of a softball. After several treatments that knot is almost gone. Carlee always takes time to understand what treatment is needed. I would highly recommend visiting Carlee if you are looking for a quality masseuse.

I happened across this establishment and have been extremely pleased with their products/services. Angela (Owner) is super friendly and inviting of people to come in and see their store and services. I had an acupuncture treatment today with Alison Lumley and she was superb! I barely felt any of the needles and she does a thorough intake form review of one's medical history, etc before your initial treatment. I definitely recommend this Business and I am sure you will like the Staff and services they offer!

The moment I walked into Empress Health & Wellness I could feel a positive and warm vibe! I met owner Angela, and she was wonderful, and accomodating. I had a massage with RMT Carlee who was amazing, she was just what I needed for my sore back. I have been to other clinics where you could tell it's just about money and them having another patient, however at Empress Health & Wellness you could tell Angela and Carlee truly care:)

Great experience from check in to check out. Right when I walked in Alannah was very welcoming and made check in very easy. Carlee took the time to find out what my problem areas were and worked those areas well. Throughout the treatment she checked in to make sure the pressure was ok which was nice. Felt great after and booked my next appointment right away. Highly recommend!

I first met Angela when she came to my house to host a girls event. I’m pretty sure everyone thought the same about her and that she is very intuitive, very real, super likeable and personable. I finally went to see her at her clinic and we hugged as if we’ve been apart for too long lol. She’s so kind and caring. I believe in her healing abilities and would recommend her services (literally any of them) to you if you’re on the hunt for answers about your emotional, mental, spiritual or even physical health. Angela I will be sending you some more clients, my friends are always on the hunt for someone and I’m glad I found you.
