Excellent experience at Meublitalia. Our salesman gave excellent advice. He answered all our questions and knew his products wonderfully. The products are of high quality, the prices are fantastic good and the store's staff is knowledgeable and helpful. We greatly enjoyed our experience! Thanks to all the team.

Good service thank you

I visited Meublitalia on February 3, 2021. I did my order, did my payment and got promised to have the order within 8 to 9 weeks so by April 7, 2021. Today June 9th and still no news from my order. What do you think should I write a positive review for the way the client is being treated? Is being in Covid-19 situation a justification for the delay? I don't think so! When we went to Meublitalia, all stores were closed because of Covid, the owner of the store open the door for me and my sister (a secret pass) and promise us that if we buy and pay that day that there will be no issues of receiving our orders ON TIME. Mr. Nick Forgione the owner was saying that Fornirama the company making the sofa and chair is in MTL and they have loads of material in stock and they also have employees working during Covid. A week later, I called them to see if I could change the colour and they told me, that if I change the colour, my order would be pushed, so I kept the same colour to make sure I have my furniture for April 7th. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER YET! The owner was so rude to my sister that she refused to buy from him. I should have done the same thing . Extremely disappointed.Very bad experience. Not recommended. That store does NOT deserve a 1 star.

Terrible service and dishonest management. Disrespectful to their suppliers; they do not pay well.

Remember on the day of the order we were in Covid and you should have done your estimtion accordingly. Extremely disappointed.I received my order on Nov 19 with a considerable delay. I can declare now that the company has not done quality control. The arm rest on left and right are nor set in the same way. The threads are not cut. The foam is smaller than the cover whis is making waves. It is too loose. Very bad experience. Not recommended.

Never went there google

August 9, 2020. I did my choice of a sitting room and did the payment. The seller promised to deliver the order around mid September. Today November 2 and still I have no information about my order. Once, they justified the delay by covid 19. The day I did the order covid 19 was already an issue. They should have done the estimation accordingly.I am highly disappointed and I am considering to ask for refund.

Entreprise malhonnête qui ne respecte pas les clients. J'ai fait une commande de meubles, ils ne sont livrés à temps.Mauvaise expérience !!!

Beaux meubles supposément de qualité, surtout pour les meubles BLANC ,après 2ans ,il y a des taches jaunes sur tous les meubles BLANC , même en payant 5 à 6 milles dollars, aucun service ,la compagnie se lave les mains !
