I would give Canada post minus 5 stars if i could. I spent 1 1/2 hours waiting for someone to answer...Tracking never works, mail service is beyond slow.I'll use a courier company next time.Hugely unsatisfied with the organization!!!

I have been more than 5 years deal with this branch, the staff always worked under pressure, but I would like to thank Miss Sonq for her helping all the time.

This Canada Post location is situated inside a Shoppers Drug Mart. It's one of the more busier ones in the local area. Although, I'd rather go here than to the one in Deer Run plaza which is smaller and quieter. Unfortunately, that one always seems to have issues with sending parcels. At this Canada Post, there's seems to always be a line up for when I both go here for it's service or just shopping around the main store. The senior staff seems to be always quick to tell you what they can and can't do so it feels like being at the DMV or Ministry of Transportation. On my last visit, the younger staff was more helpful and polite. I had a heavier parcel to send this time and they were quick to get me a hand. They processed me very promptly as well as I believe they noticed the long line up. At the end of the day, it's who you get that'll determine your experience. Again, DMV or Ministry of Transportation.

was supposed to receive a package from Italy, assuming that this is the location that my package was last seen and was damaged. was not notified about the damaged package at all and apparently it was disposed and/or thrown away. The sender and I would've been greatly appreciative if we were notified by Canada Post about this problem. I'm not sure if this is the right Mississauga address but when I was tracking the order I have checked that this area is close enough on the map that was shown. I am not a happy customer nor am I even satisfied. Do better and be more responsible with people's items, I don't understand why there were no communication involved on their part but this is absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time. Be more respectful with delivering items, most of them have a lot of value behind them.

Laura has an awful and unpleasant attitude for no reason. I know I’m not the only one who thinks this because there’s other negative reviews about her. I don’t understand why people don’t leave their jobs if they’re so miserable.

Usually 5 - 10 people in line, but wait time is not too long. Oriented to this post office for many years, having very good experience.

I've been coming to this post office location for years and the new staff are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The manager, Laura, has done an exceptional job at turning this post office around. She deserves high praise for dealing with the high number of rude and disrespectful customers that cannot follow simple instructions.Keep up the great work!

If you value your time. Do not come here to ship a package.Spent over 20 minutes trying to ship a basic express post package with insurance. Left with my package, will ship with another services. Absolutely incompetent staff.

long wait times every time at this location is the main problem here .. had issues personally with the service they don’t even give the envelope for sending documents to canada for xpress post .. we have to get our own envelope .. and when asked for cello tape they were rude and said we should get one from home .. ..I have sent couriers to US and within Canada the cost is less compared to other courier servicesBut they have to improve customer service .. they

Small location so it tends to have longer lines than other locations but I have never experienced any issues from the staff here.All interactions have been courteous and prompt once you get to the counter.Some of the internal logistics could be better to speed up the process or cut down on the confusion but seems to be doing their best with what they have for the most part.
