OK Tire

Absolutely the worst place to go get work done, my car just had a safety done (not at ok tire) but I needed an alignment done so I took my car in first thing in the morning and they told me I needed work done on the car before they could do alignment so I questioned what needed to be done and the mechanic had a long list, so I informed him that the safety was just done and passed and he informed me that they didn’t do a very good job so I asked him to just do the alignment and I’d take it back and he said fine and I watched from the waiting room and he did not do the alignment but they charged me for it I took it back to original place and they didn’t know what the hell their mechanic was talking about and they NEVER did the alignment so I took it into another place to get alignment done and everything was WAY OUT so they proved he didn’t actually do it, when I called them and questioned it they told me I must of hit a few potholes between there appointment and when I got the new alignment done (which was actually next day) and I told them the other mechanics didn’t know what they were talking about that needed to be done because everything was tight and checked over twice and it still passed safety.Horrible customer service, lied right to my face and charged me for something that they NEVER did. Wouldn’t take my wheelbarrow to them!!

I brought all my vehicles here to get their out of province inspections done. The service writers are very friendly and accomodating. They are constantly going out of their way to help customers. Very open and honest about what your car needs and will never try to sell you something you dont need. They work hard to get your vehicle done ontime if not earlier than expected. Awesome experience here and top notch service!

Took my car in for a MVI. Appointment was for the same day my MVI was due. Got a call about my vehicle, needed brakes, which I knew was not the case. Had just been in for regular maintenance including brakes. When I questioned that and told them I would be in to take my car to another mechanic they threatened to remove my sticker, again, removing a sticker is only necessary when the car is extremely unsafe. Not only that. My MVI was legal for the rest of the day. Took it to the new mechanic same day, passed my MVI with absolutely no issues. So don’t try and scam someone because it’s the last day before the MVI expires. Never again!

Very disappointed regarding our experience with OK Tire Elmsdale. We had made an appointment for an alignment, but when we arrived the tech told us our inspection was up (it was) so we got our car inspected. It failed (despite being regularly maintained) and we were given a list of what it needs" so I went to my regular mechanic who did all the work on the list the next day. 2 days later we were able to get back in for a follow up inspection

This place is quite terrible.. Brought our car in the get the exhaust fixed, they put all the wrong parts on which totalled my exhaust and costed me $600 more for them to fix it again…The incompetent work from this place is disgusting, they took no accountability for their mistakes.If you are thinking of coming to get work done at this place you might as well buy a book and teach yourself how to do it.Thank you “ok” tire for taking your customers money and making their car worse then when it came in.

Needing an alignment for my truck, as a first-time customer I was able to get an appointment in 2 days. Impressive as it's winter tire change over season making them very busy. Got a great alignment and some very knowledgeable advice. Overall .... I'll be back.

Great service! I called Friday to book my truck in to have brakes repaired and mvi done, Doreen got me in on Monday. She drove me to where I wanted to go while it was being worked on. I am happy with the service! Doreen is the best! Knows her stuff.

I've been going to this place since it open a few short years ago and can say with complete confidence that if you have need for mechanical services for your car or truck, these good people will not lead you astray. EVERY TIME I've had to get work done on my car, they have been thorough and professional, right from the service advisor down to the mechanics doing the work. They haven't tried to upsell me on any occasion for any service they provide - just tell you what is wrong, what needs to be done and what options are available to me to make it right. The price always very fair and if there is a need for more to correct a given problem, you can be sure that they will contact you to discuss it. Bottom line - the folks at Elmsdale OK Tire are trustworthy and have earned my respect and more importantly, my hearty recommendation.

Awesome service and suggestions are incredible. Took my SUV in because I believed the alignment was out, after looking at the car for a while and taking it for a drive, they determined the tires were out of balance. Charged me $40 bucks for 1 hour of work, amazing deal. Good luck getting that at the other guys. Thanks guys I will be back!

I have used ok tire for years now, unfortunately the Elmsdale store is only open until 5pm and closed weekends, I guess I'll find a different store with more Worker friendly hours.
