Have nothing but positive things to say about Origami Accounting! Awesome customer service and always got back to me with any issues immediately.I really liked the idea of sending my info in the mail (in envelopes provided by them) and not having to make trips to see my accountant all the time. That’s why I chose Origami when I started my business 5 years ago and their competitive pricing was a plus! Great correspondence over email that would link me to my online portal on their website. All my financial statements were available to me on there and if I ever did want an in person meeting they were happy to set that up for me.Recently moved cities and decided to go with my new shop owners accountant (as I’m a subcontractor) and having the same accountant for both of us just made the most sense. So even though I did just end my services with Origami (which was a lovely and easy process) I would highly recommend them to other small business owners like myself, or any size business for that matter!

Origami helped us with accounting for several years as we grew from a small business to a medium business. They handled our evolving company and took a lot of work off my plate at a very affordable rate. Throughout the years the service was always friendly and professional and I really have no complaints. Eventually our business needs became more complex as we grew into a larger organization and Origami provided an export of all of our information and data to make sure we had everything we needed as we migrated to a different system. I've been consulting/self employed for 6 years. Prior to being referred to Origami, I paid an arm & leg for services with an accounting firm that provided little to no support. They also structured my finances in a way that was not positive for my business. I am so grateful a collegue encouraged me to reach out to Origami! FRAUDS and SCAM. They look professional but I've paid thousands for years but banks and credit cards don't reconcile each year now that my new accountant is looking at it. I was too busy to look at the details but everything is clear to me now. CRA will be looking into Origami. My financials are all wrong. Missing sales, rent and expenses whenever my bank or credit card got disconnected from Quickbooks online.They charge so much money, prices keep increasing but in the end the quality has dropped. No quality or credibility for their work.I talked to a parent of my children's friend. She left them years ago because they reeked of incompetence". Wish I did the same and saved myself thousands of dollars

Flawless Interiors has been using Origami Accounting for nearly 3 years now and we are very pleased with their service. I love their online document portal that allows me to upload all of our documents to them monthly keeping me and our paperwork well organized.
