Spring Garden Dentistry
My toddler son had a bad experience with a previous dentist and refused/was scared to even walk into a dentist’s office. Dr Trish went above and beyond even before he officially became a patient at the office, which demonstrates how much she cares about her work and her patients. My son has since, enjoyed going to the dentist and actually looks forward to his dentist appointments. This is not an easy feat, so we highly recommend coming here, especially if you have little ones!

I’m not quite satisfied with the appointment that I had. I went there for some gaps that are present b/w my lower teeth and I asked the Dr. If filling can be an option for the lower teeth to close the gaps and the Dr. Advised me ‘NO’ Without even having a look at the teeth even once.I believe at least the Dr. Should have looked at the teeth as I’m not sure how they saw that it’s not required and came to a conclusion when they did not check the teeth?

I attended spring garden dentistry for years, and while I often found they ran behind schedule, I didn't have any major complaints until recently.After going in for jaw pain and not receiving much help, I decided to go to a dentist recommended by a friend for a second opinion. Not only did he immediately resolve my jaw issues (correcting my bite), he noticed numerous cavities (less than 6 months after I had a dental check-up).I don't think I had many filings in the years I attended Spring Garden Dentistry, if any. This left me questioning how I could have 7 cavities when 5 months ago I didn't have any".."

Dr. Dan MacLellan is honestly the best dentist I've ever received care from. He is very patient, caring and willing to answer any of my questions. I've had bad experiences with dentists in the past, but every visit with Dr. Dan, I feel comfortable, heard, and receive top quality care. I'm so grateful that I found him! I highly recommend.

As someone who experiences anxiety and avoidance around dental appointments heading back to the dentist was tough. Dr. Burns and her team made an experience wrought with anxiety and fear painless (emotionally and physically). Dr. Burns is non-judgemental, understanding, compassion and efficient. She ensured that I was physically and emotionally comfortable during my visit and I look forward to continuing to work with her and her team of assistants and hygienists.

These are before and after photos of my daughters. Photo of her teeth at the top left was just routine cleaning her natural teeth. At the top right is Friday after her accident at school. The bottom right pic is same day Friday of the acvident. It's her initial visit for assessment meds cement to smooth and take off any part of the hanging tooth. Finally, the pic on the bottom left is the great work that Dr. Brady and her assistant did on my daughter's teeth! Awesome job. Thanks so much!

Spring Garden Dentistry
I lost an old crown on a Thursday evening and was concerned that I would have problems with the weekend approaching. As the clinic was not fully operational on Friday, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there was only one fully booked dentist working - not Dr. Burns.However she came into the clinic to attend to me, fixed up the tooth, and relieved my stress. Greatly appreciated.Dr. Burns is empathetic with a great personality!

I, my wife, and my son are patients of Dr. MacLellan. He is professional and courteous to all of us. The staff was also very pleasant and accommodated to our insurance issues that arose. They get 5 stars for such exemplary service.Also, don't pay any mind to the two 1 star ratings on here. Those were posted from his competition in the area, which is why no comments were made and the profiles are fake.Come see for yourself how this Dental clinic is and you won't be disappointed!

Spring Garden Dentistry
I'm a patient of Dr. MacLellan, and the service at this practice is fantastic. The hygienists are extremely personable and efficient, and Dr. MacLellan is first rate. He doesn't try and sell you on unnecessary things and takes the time to explain everything and make sure you are comfortable. Really excellent dentistry. I'll be going here for life!
