Highly recommended I contracted rellocon to redo my whole house couldn't ask for a better company

Solid work on our extensive kitchen and dining room renovation. We had a problem with one cabinet door a year later, and Joe (Rellocon) arranged to have it repaired.

Hire this company with caution. I hired them to install an exterior vent for a range hood, and honestly, I don't think that they have the expertise to do this kind of work. Once they finished, I was appalled at the finished product. The vent was placed on top of the roof shingles and covered with roofing tar. In addition, the vent was placed directly beneath the soffits. The result not only looks amateurish, but I have been told that if it is left as-is, it will surely cause water and moisture to accumulate in the attic. Upon speaking to them about this, they insist that the work has been done correctly. Because I had serious concerns, I reached out to 2 separate contractors. They each evaluated the work, and have told us that this needs to be completely re-done as soon as possible to prevent water damage, and that due to the quality of the work, the range hood should not even be used until it can be re-installed properly in the spring. Rellocon have said that I can have the work done to my satisfaction at an additional cost of $850 + tax, which is approximately the cost that the contractors have quoted me to re-do this work. I am astounded. Rellocon knows that they cut corners on this work, and that they should have done it properly from the start. I did not feel I should have to pay the full price for this shoddy work. Because I now need to pay an extra $100 to repair the roof and re-install the vent, I attempted to negotiate a 50/50 share of the responsibility, and ask Rellocon to discount the invoice by $500. Rellocon refused, stating that they stand by the work that they did. They only offered a $150 credit towards future work. I urge you to proceed with caution when considering hiring this company.

Very skilled and professional work. My basement looks amazing. They worked diligently and with pride to do the best work possible. Offered advice and guidance, and respected my choices. They did not leave until every detail was completed to my satisfaction. It was a pleasure working with them. Thank you to the whole Rellocon team.
