I’ve been taking my Luca to this veterinary location for three years now. The staff never fail to let us down while keeping my family and Luca happy. Specifically, Suzanne always gives my family and I thorough and clear information regarding what is going on with our pup and what steps need to be taken to keep him healthy (e.g. medicine etc.). Thank you Suzanne and the rest of your team with providing great information and always being so kind to Luca and the rest of my family.

Thank you to Dr. Hayley Robbins and team for the superb way in which they help anyone who walks through the veterinary clinic daily!! Just recently I had to put my elderly sick cat, Miss Molly down. It is always a hard decision to make but the support from this team ... I couldn't have asked for better. ❤️Very compassionate and go out of their way to help you through the all your concerns. Thank you again.

Response to owners response: The exam that we had done in July turned up no results for this specific concern and we were told only bloodwork would give us answers, and it was discussed that she could come back after she had been on the newly prescribed medication for a while. It was never recommended or communicated we have another exam done for we are able to have the bloodwork done, we were told we MUST pay for another exam, even though we were already told after the previous exam that only bloodwork would tell you any more information.So why would I pay you to exam her again when you already told me the exam isn't sufficient.Brought my 18 year old cat in to get checked. During the visit we were told that they didn't think she was actually 18 and would check with her chip and contact the company with the info to get the age, they called us back and told us she was much younger, even though I was there when we got her and knew they she was in fact 18. So I got her chip info again and contacted the company for the info myself and found out I was correct with her age. So I'm not sure where these guys got their info from, but they were wrong and that's concerning to me.On-top of this we were told that we would need blood work to find out anything further because they couldn't tell us what's wrong by the physical examination that was performed. We discussed with the vet that we would take some time to give her the new meds for the asthma and problem with her eyes and that we could come back at a later date for the bloodwork, never was it mentioned that if we didn't do it then we would need another exam that already provided no helpful insight into her contion. We booked an appointment for today to have the blood work done but during a phone call before the appointment we found out that they want to charge for another examination and will not do the blood work unless we have the exam done, even though they were the ones that told us an examination wasn't enough.This place has lost my trust by giving me incorrect information twice in the same visit, and I can't help but feel like they care about money over everything like some other people in these reviews have suggested.

The most caring and compassionate clinic I have ever taken my cat to. You can tell how much everyone cares about your pet, including the front staff who are so kind and welcoming. At VCA it felt like a production line, quick exam, in and out in 10 minutes, maybe it's this"

We are new to the area and switched our two cats care to Dr. Jill. We were so impressed with how professional and considerate Dr. Jill was with us and our two cats. I have never seen my cats happy to see a vetenarian. They were calm and purring with her while she did their exam and received their vaccinations. When we got home, they were so happy and relaxed. The pricing for everything was very fair and affordable. I was nervous to switch vetenarians, and now I am relaxed that we have settled more into the new area.Thank you, Dr. Jill!!

This Vet Clinic is the best we have ever been to. We had to put our old cat down. The compassion that all of the staff had was amazing. It was a very rough day, but the staff made a very tough situation a little easier. We received a card that had a Paw print inside. Thank you for taking great care of not only Katmandu, but my husband and I.

I have had great compassionate care from the vets here. I've put down two cats and it's obviously the worst, but the vets and the techs are soo nice and understanding. My kitten just got spayed and they were awesome with talking through concerns and updating me. My family's been going here for years and have loved the kindness the team shows to the animals.I also have to say that I've tried a lot of clinics because one of my cats had a very rare neurological condition that was hard to diagnose and caused her to slowly lose function. It was awful and I was surprised how many vets weren't that compassionate or helpful. Westhills is one of the good ones.I only take off a star because the prices could be more affordable, but then again you have to consider their costs are probably higher due to where they are in the city and how much extra care they put into their services. You get what you pay for and they are worth it.

We’ve been going to this clinic for 15 years. The staff at the front desk are friendly, caring and responsive. The vet techs are great and helpful. Dr Robbins is an excellent vet with good judgement. She is caring, provides good explanations, is patient and has the best interest of our pets and family in mind when recommending treatment. I highly recommend this clinic for your pet care.

A pleasant and professional staff at Westhills Veterinary Clinic. They were able to accommodate an appointment for my sick cat quickly. The vet was kind and gentle, answered all my questions and gave me lots of information that will improve my cat's quality of life moving forward. They even did a follow-up phone call to check up on how he was doing a few days after his appointment.

Dr. Robbins has been amazing with our cats. She has consistently provided us with the knowledge and guidance we have needed to navigate health issues one of our cats has faced with success. Her kindness and caring instills us with the confidence that we are making the best decisions possible. All the staff at Westhills Veterinary Clinic have been fantastic over the years!
