Russell Farm Market & Garden Centre

Pleasant staff! For a small store, they had a great variety of items! We were happy with the variety of local meats! Prices were on the higher side, but to be expected from a smaller business trying to survive! We will likely return again, as we are interested in the selection once the fresh veggie season begins!

This farmers market was our go to 1st stop for garden produce when we moved here in 07 . But a change in ownership and two terrible floods have really taken their toll on the ability of the place to function and offer good produce. I really hope this place recovers. Their little deli still serves reasonably priced meals and good food.In response to the owner's query about what could improve my visit. Time, patience and as you already said fresh produce that you have been famous for. We visited on the weekend because there was a post on the Around Town Ladysmith FB page that the deli had a lunch special. It was good and the reno's to restore things have been nicely done. I also have added another star to our review just because you 'cared enough to ask'. We'll see you again!

Living up island and can't find tomato plantsThey had a few varietys to choose from and got the others I wanted in Duncan as well

Great selection of quality produce, and things you can't find anywhere else. Also a nice restaurant to get some homemade goodness.

Loved the ice cream. Just nice to sit outside soaking up the sun

Local market produce sold at good price. The bacon and sausage are really excellent

FABULOUS FABULOUS place to stop along the highway. Terrific produce at amazing prices. Staff at the garden centre makes you feel like you are visiting family. Incredibly reasonable prices!
