Capture Therapeutics by PhysioFirst

The therapists at PhysioFirst are amazing! I had moved from Denmark to Canada and had to find a new massage therapist here. I'm very picky and it took me a long time to find the right one back in Denmark, so I was nervous about my appointment here. But they were great! And I also recently have been suffering from dizziness that Jeff, physio therapist, helped me with today. PhysioFirst have been a life saver for me so far.

Great team and great service. Every time I go in they set me up in a room right away and it's never long before I see the physiotherapist and/or a member of their team. Everyone is super friendly and you can tell that they really care about their clients. PhysioFirst is my first choice for all my physio needs. :)

My mother-in-law’s doctor recommended physiotherapy for her left shoulder. I decided to book an appointment at Physio First after hearing good things about their service. Well, Rina and I were not disappointed. We were impressed by the warm welcome, the level of care, the knowledgeable staff, the positive atmosphere. Wow! I would recommend this facility for anyone needing their services. ☺️

My husband broke his foot a few months back, he went to Emerg and they done an X-ray but missed that the ankle was in fact broke. He started Physio 2 days after the break and I am so happy that he did. He has went without a cast and is continuing his Physio weekly and things are going great thanks to the great staff and service @ Physio first

Every time I walk in, the environment is always so positive and the professionals friendly. They are determined to help me in extraordinary ways I never thought possible. I love every visit because they know how to provide the motivation that I sometimes lack to better myself. Thank you for everything you do, you make a difference!

Private rooms and access to different treatments under one roof.Young, friendly, caring, helpful and dynamic staff, most just out of school as well as students.They always seem to have fun and help each other out which makes for an energetic atmosphere.

PhysioFirst is my go to place for massages with Kat, physio treatments with Ashley, exercise classes with Nathalie and even cooking classes with Gab!The staff at PhysioFirst make you feel at ease as soon as you get in!They have accomodating hours after work for any of their services!I love their diversity in their treatments and classes! Always something to look forward to in their exercise classes with their kinesiologist Nathalie... she is great at explaining step by step in either learning to run classes or Work It Circuit classes!I can't say enought of Marie-Andrée and Ashley that I get to see every week during my physio treatments... ALWAYS in a good mood and so fun to be around!I love the fact that you can book any of their services online.Gab the dietitian is very knowledgable. I did several cooking classes and learned so much from her.I am so thankful to have these ladies in my life and will hopefully be around them for many years to come :-)

Always excellent service. Whether it's physiotherapy, acupuncture or any other service offered. My daughter also really enjoyed her cooking classes this summer. So great to have such wonderful services in our area

Awesome and friendly team! I was there for my 8year old daughter and she loved going there. She was well treated they took good care of her while i waited. From what ive seen they are great with children. Thanks again

Great staff, very kind and I LOVE the atmosphere! As soon as you enter the building you feel comfortable and you know that you'll have good service even if they're busy. Highly recommend.
