I've been ordering online for a couple years now and it's been great knowing my mom-in-law has a variety of meals ready to heat and enjoy. Only takes me a few min. before heading to work and she's set for the week. Kitchener delivery is awesome!

Ordered a few meals for my mother to try as they looked very appetizing on TV and on their website, but the quality was just awful and the presentation was just as bad; the shepherds pie looked and tasted like cat food.Will not be ordering from them again.

My Mother suffered an accident recently and I have found this company has been beneficial in her recovery as far as food goes . Great variety for all diet restrictions and good variety of food . Person who delivered our order was kind and professional . Portions were good for a senior . I prefer to order the hearty meals , but they also have regular and small sizes . Again , this is my opinion , we all have different tastes .

Try placing an order all you get is all our operators are busy I called over and over again for 3hours and nothing when I called customer service she said I will connect you and guess what NO ANSWER my dad has gone without food I've had to come from out of town to shop .Do yourself a favour go somewhere else to order food .Also the fact they only deliver on Mondays is dumb if there is a holiday then you wait 2 weeks# NotRight

Hi, I had heart to heart meals a long time ago,when I had vergto, Everything was tunny , I left them because I got better from the vergto. Or I got a caregiver I want to start again. All there meals ( everything) is Delicious ) and I would take them again
