10/10Joann is an amazing baker and I highly recommend!! Ordered customized floral cupcakes and they were not only gorgeous but also delicious. Everyone loved the cupcakes, disappeared so fast from the table !!

Joann is fabulous to work with -- and she's so focused on making sure that you get exactly what you want. Our wedding cake was absolutely beautiful, and tasted fabulous. The macarons were also awesome, and served as a lovely thank-you gift for our wedding party. I'll be going back to Not Sorry if I ever need another special dessert... or maybe if I just have a craving for macarons... :)

Jo is absolutely amazing. She accommodated not only our last minute cake request but also late night delivery. As our cake was black, Jo even warned us about staining caused by the buttercream having to contain food colouring to create the black colour we wanted. A much appreciated detail that we didn’t even consider.She took our vision and inspiration pictures and worked with us to create this picture perfect cake that was moist and tasty.We highly recommend her. We definitely are not sorry we did.Thank you so much Jo! I can’t wait until our next cake!

This was the first time I ordered cupcakes from Joann and I was super impressed by her designs she’s an amazing artist! Cupcakes were very soft inside and the icing was delicious as well. Will definitely order from her again!

Absolutely delicious cake! From the start, Joann was able to not only take on a last minute order but customize the cake so that my little ones first birthday theme was matched. The whole family raves about how much they loved how moist the cake was and had never had anything like it. I’m definitely going to be a returning customer!!

Joann created a beautiful birthday cake for my grandma's 97th. She was quick to respond to my inquiries, and able to take my order with only a week's notice. Flexible about pick up times too, I was able to get it on a Sunday morning. The cake itself was high quality, and my family really enjoyed it. I'd recommend ordering from Not Sorry Cafe for your next celebration.

Joann makes the most delicious cakes and cupcakes that I’ve ever tasted. She is meticulous on her cakes. Her attention to detail is phenomenal. She takes the time to listen and work with you to get the perfect cake. I’ve ordered several cakes and cupcakes from her and she never disappoints. I highly recommend her.
