I have been a patient of Method Dental for 32+ years. Dr. Erv Kimak (outstanding care) for the first 31 years until his retirement. Dr. Steven Rempel is my new dentist and I am very happy with his service too. Bonnie has been my dental hygienist for most of those years. Bonnie pays careful attention to detail and I am comfortable and relaxed. The front end staff are very friendly. All my dental needs are met at Method Dental.

Dr. Rempel and team are always professional, make you feel welcome, and provide high quality of care. They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.

This place has gone down hill since Dr Kimak left. Incompetent receptionist, left waiting over 20 minutes past scheduled appt, hygienist calls in sick and no one advises you so you end up with no appt or a stranger. Dr Rempel has ZERO personality when it comes to patient care. Rush from one patient to another to collect more money. Add poor parking, ugly uncomfortable yellow seating in reception area, limited hours and the best hygienists seldom work as they are getting older so it’s hard to get an appt. Worst of all is the incompetent Asian receptionist …rude, abrupt. Changed to a clinic where they are more responsive to patients and a lot less ignorant! You lost two long term patients …not that you care.
