Dr. Ho left me struggling, and went on vacation. He completely denied me of my medicine by not giving me an LU code, because I’m on disability and I genuinely feel discriminated against. It’s an urgent matter and my condition is getting worse and he knows that and he still chose to go on vacation before dealing with my issue, causing me to now be SEVERELY sick for the week that he was gone on his VACATION when I told him about my issue two weeks before he left for vacation and he still hasn’t solved my issue. I genuinely feel discriminated against.

Tired of the back and forth phone calls. Literally had to reschedule twice now after calling back literally 2 mins after i missed a call. People have lives, I don’t have my phone glued to my hip!Been waiting months for my results, now I am told yet again to reschedule. Absolutely ridiculous.

Rescheduled one day before my appointment which i waited over 3 months for. He said I must take a new date he offered I explained I am out of the city for work on that day he said too bad then his office would call to reschedule. No empathy towards clients time and schedules.. they never called to reschedule.. it has been 2 years.

It’s been a tough 2 1/2 years! Being misdiagnosed, I was finally referred to Dr Ho. I am so grateful to Dr. Ho for his care in the past 8 weeks. I was seen quickly. I was able to access a test at Toronto General Hospital within 5 days of his URGENT request. Along with the CT Scan results from Bowmanville Hospital being the same as TGH’s my diagnosis was confirmed. Two procedures later and I am once again able to eat and drink.THANK YOU DR. BENJAMIN HO!!!

I saw Dr Ho in emergency and had a secure feeling that I was being well looked after.Dr Ho was right on with his diagnosis and I was talking to a surgeon minuets after my colonoscopy as arranged by Dr Ho.I felt so comfortable with Dr Ho I have transferred my file with my previous gastroenterologist to Dr Ho.Dr Ho’s receptionist Linda is very professional and accommodating. What a pleasure compared to my previous gastroenterologist’s receptionist.My wife has also transferred her Gasto file to Dr Ho and is also pleased with Dr Ho and Linda.Thank you Dr Ho

Dr Ho and his team are compassionate and patient. The team of nurses at the medical facility ( I had Sarah and Christine) were very kind and helpful. They were quick to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable.
