Everyone at this location was so kind, patient and informative. I am a very anxious person, not a fan of blood or needles and the ladies put my mind at ease and were gentle. I recommend making an appointment but when I was there in the morning, it was not busy.

I went out of my way to go to this location, which was farther away than four other Life Labs, based on the positive reviews. I was not disappointed! Plenty of helpful, patient and friendly staff, in and out without any hassle. Thank you very much to all the staff at this location!

don't go here with a newborn. today one of the staff brought my child to hysterics. we have already donated blood many times in other locations and this is the first time I see such an unprofessional attitude. it violated the psyche of my child and me

Had blood drawn last Friday Oct 30. Everyone was very friendly and quick. I was probably in and out in 15 mins after arriving. Social distancing and face coverings all being followed inside. Diana and the whole team were great! Highly recommend using this location if you need lab work done.

It’s a hit or miss with this location. If you use the “check in” feature to book you never know what is going to happen. Some receptionist are polite and kind while others are abrupt and curt. If a urine sample is needed good luck getting a drink of water to help you produce it. Waited in the back for 25min and when I asked for water knowing I had to give a sample I was told to wait. Had I gotten the water when I asked I would not have had to wait an additional 20min. Therefore 45min spent waiting even though I had checked in online.

Every time I come here it's so quick. The staff is kind and make the experience very comfortable. I was in and out within 15 mins, and the time I visited before, it was closer to 30mins.

Love the que system, always quick to get in here. I'm a little concerned about whether things get wiped down between patients.. I was told to go to a booth that had an empty vial on the floor underneath the seat and a used tie on the pad where you place your arm. When I mentioned it I was instructed to go to a different booth. I really felt unclean sitting in the chair after that and concerned that the staff were so flippant about it. It was not busy, not that that should matter..

They are good except that the front desk young man needs to be kind, nice and talk to people calmly especially elders without being that person empty of feelings. We are all humans and one day he is going to be our age.

Very nice, polite and professional staff. Went near opening time on a work day and the wait wasn't bad.Got my blood drawn today and was showing signs of blacking out. The staff (I think her name was Anne) and the new medical assistant (sorry missed the name) quickly identified it and saved me from passing out on the street, making sure I was alright before I left. Thank you both very much and I'm sorry to the new assistant, you did a great job!
