Lauren and Kelsey coordinated my windshield replacement quickly and made it very easy for me. The repair happened with absolutely no inconvenience, and they even moved my oil change reminder sticker to the new glass. And now everything is as good as new!

Very pleased with their customer service. Not to mention the body work is out standing.

I needed some body work done through SGI insurance. SGI sent over and confirmed receipt of the correct paperwork three separate times before someone at Triple 7 was able to help me. Apparently the person who normally does it was on vacation and the person filling in didn't know what they were doing. Then, after the damage was repaired, I found that some controls inside the vehicle were no longer working. When I asked them about it, they said that it most likely had something to do with the battery (which I thought strange since everything else was working) and they told me to come back if it still wasn't working a couple of days later because then, they could be sure that it was just a cable they forgot to reconnect (which it turns out was the case). I asked if I needed an appointment and they said that I didn't.My work day is very packed and unfortunately their hours are the same as mine so it's very difficult to get my car into them but when I was able to about a week later. I tried calling and left a message but didn't receive a call back so I just went in and they said that they couldn't help me and that I needed an appointment.So, I'm now two months into trying to get this fairly simple repair completed and as things stand right now, it's still not done. I appreciate that some of this is my fault for my work schedule being inflexible but at the same time, they don't seem very concerned about their repeated dropping of the ball on this and I am quite frustrated.I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because the body work they did was excellent. So that's worth noting.

Very convenient and appropriate customer service. Bumper replacement was done on time and complimentary detail of vehicle was exceptional. Would definitely recommend having auto body work done here.
