i join a bus tour with a travel agency to visit canada last year. the tour went to visit a mall in canada. some of the visiter went to this store to purchase their egg rolls. i was walking ahead and i was one of the first customer arrived at the store. i had the egg rolls in the past and taste delicious, i want to buy about 20 packs of egg rolls. however, the lady at the counter states only 10 packs is available, i seen a large quantity packs behind the counter and theworkers are still making the fresh one. so, i asked her what about those. she states those are pre order by someone else. so, i end up purchased 10 packs for myself. A visiter from my tour also want to purchase the egg rolls, the lady at the counter told her their isn't any more for her to purchase. they are sold out of egg rolls. so, the visiter asked the worker that she come far away and if she can saleher just one pack or let her buy just one singal egg rolls so she can taste it, the worker response saying no and with a rude and a bad attitude...........! remember, i mention that the workers is making the fresh one and they have many packs available already made behind the couter. i was there and witness the whole conversion. it really bother me how the worker treat their customer. i read some of their review and customer are complaint about their bad and rude attitude service. now, i witness myself and it's really true"i think it's a family business and the lady at the counter possible is an owner. they got so much pre order and walk in business. they just don't care about their customer service !!!!!! but

Terrible customer experience and the worst egg waffle I have ever had. It's so soft and taste no egg flavor at all. By all chance, stop purchasing here! A waste of money

Very bad service. Ask a chocolate egg cake, ask me paid 1st, than just give one which was already on the desk ( I don’t know how long), ask the pink shirt lady for make a new one, she said Ok, but need to wait 5 minutes. Then I heard that she told her other staff just do regular egg cake. After 4 minutes, one staff ask her something (they speak very small voice), then the staff said to her: you did not tell us to do a chocolate egg cake. Ok, I do now. Finally, I got my order after 7 minutes. Don’t recommend this store. Super bad customer service and bad experience. Near by this store, there is another one better than this.

1. The cashier is absolutely rude, she prefer body language rather than word from mouth2. She give back the changes(toonie and loonies ) by throw it into the change plate3.treat customers in different ways

ALL three ladies there are extremely rude AF! Google made me give min one star so I can post this comment but they deserve negative -10000! Open a store front for business means you want customers and want to sell people products. But these ladies don’t want to sell you nothing, they complain about everything, everyone and, talk smack about you in Chinese to eachother. This shop use to have more than four stores in Canada now they are down to one. Wonder why! Dont waste your time going here. Go somewhere else where people treat you nice and they want your business. Go somewhere else where people are proud of their goods that they are selling. Besides their stuff dont taste as good as before so don’t waste your time.

I had the egg waffle on April 11 around 11am. It was very very .... very BAD. The egg waffle was very soft. I want to give 0 star or negative if possible. Waste my time.

I should have read the review before getting my egg waffle. I got 2 egg waffles for $7. one pack was not well cooked and a couple of the other pack were a bit burnt. The place was busy I didn't ask to exchange it, I thought even if I asked they wouldn't exchange it anyway. The egg waffle here was not crispy. I would not go back

I saw quite a few people queue up to buy Hong Kong style mini eggs here, so I wanted to try them too. The service was quick but the quality was bad. I bought the vanilla flavour mini eggs $7 for two. It tasted way too soft and not crispy at all. I was quite disappointing. The lady who worked there also made me felt rushed too. Once the mini eggs were ready, she didn’t bother to blow it with a fan or let it cool down a bit. She quickly stuffed them into a paper bag and gave them to me. I guess she didn’t expect any return customers. From my previous experience with the other shops, the mini egg must be cool down first and then put into a paper bag in order to have a crispy texture. Their mini eggs tasted so bad because the hot steam trapped inside the paper bag caused the mini eggs to turn wet and soft. I don’t think I will go back.

I bought two original egglets. The lineup was very long so I thought they must be good but turned out they rather earn the quick dollar and sacrifice the quality. It was the absolute worse egglet ever. It was so soft that it looked nearly like unbaked dough. Will never return!

I would give it 0 star given the option. The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. They obviously have the egg rolls, I saw them sell it to the lady infront of me from a draw in the back but they're telling me it's not ready so I asked why and when, she straight up wave me away like a fly. I strongly urge you to save yourself the trouble and humiliation and spend your money happily.
