Dogtopia of Meadowvale

This establishment is the worst thing that can happen to you and your dog.First of all, they are absolute thieves and that seems to be a recurring theme with them where they simply won't honour the terms of a package they sell you even though they are the ones that dictated those terms and sold you that package. Be forewarned: don't prepay for anything. Don't spend a dime on something unless you're getting it right away, no matter what they tell you. They do not keep their promises, they do not do what they say they're going to do. You cannot count on a word they say.Not only do they just want your money, they're pitiful when it comes to dog care which is just the worst thing ever. Every time I've brought him there, he comes back with an issue - every single time! Whether injuries or his food bag untouched (they forget to feed him!) or a new nervous habit. Trust me, stay away from this place if you love your dog and you also don't want to say goodbye to your hard-earned money. Horrible place, horrible management. I cannot say enough bad things about this place.In response to management's response: a pass that does not expire (which Dogtopia sold me) means it DOES NOT EXPIRE, which is the reason I bought it in the first place and paid a premium price for it! It doesn't mean it expires after 7 years! A pass that says it could be used at the other Mississauga locations means it DOESN'T MATTER THAT THE PLACE I PURCHASED IT FROM HAS CLOSED. And for the record, I was only rude after you insisted on not honouring the terms even after you made me jump through hoops to produce the credit card statement then you went back on your word! How exactly is that you being helpful or even you being truthful or talking to me in good faith? And you didn't review my file because you didn't have any records of anything, hence why you put the onus on me to produce the records then you reneged anyways! Believe me, the Better Business Bureau already has a lot to say about your business practices. You putting money on my account is a gesture of goodwill"?! I bought and paid for this package! I am rightfully entitled to what I purchased

Our pup has been going to Dogtopia for a number of months - she is always so happy to be amongst her Canine Coaches and BFFF. The staff are fantastic and knowledgeable, the facilities are clean and there are always activities to keep the dogs fully engaged and paw-rents satisfied (e.g. special treats, obstacle courses, dress up days with photos, etc).Not only that, the staff care about each pup’s health and do checks daily to ensure they are healthy, safe and not spreading any viruses around!We are beyond happy with the services of Dogtopia Meadowvale!

BEST PLACE EVER!!!!My Giant Schnauzer has been attending their doggy daycare twice a week for the last three years. She LOVES going there.Walks and games at home weren’t enough. She needed a space to run around and socialize.We tried two other doggy daycares and she wasn’t happy.From the super staff, creative theme days….we can’t get enough of this place. The staff genuinely care about your dog. They go out of their way to make sure your dog has a tremendous day.Everywhere we go, we recommend Dogtopia Meadowvale.Dogtopia Meadowvale is the absolute best!!!!!!!

One of the best groomers and their Brampton location as well. My dog can be difficult at times but they treat her with good care every time. I bring her there once a month. Highly recommend them if you are looking for quality service and care for your pup/dog

Staff are nice but when you enroll there is a minimum of 8 week commitment and to be able to cancel it they need 2 more weeks notice which has to start after 8 weeks?? So they lock you up for a good 10 weeks. This is a bit dodgy. So be aware.

We take our dog Tucker to get groomed at the Pawsh Dog located in Dogtopia. They do a great job, and he always comes back looking so fresh and handsome! They even provide a report card afterwards to update you on any issues they found, and take pictures of the pups after they finish with cute seasonal backgrounds. We love the groomers at the Pawsh Dog -- thank you for taking such good care of our pup!

Dogtopia is the best experience I've ever had with dog boarding; private or business.The staff are absolute pros, love the animals, and are genuinely trying to provide the best possible care for your furry family member.The drop-off and pick-up times are generous, the process is easy, and prices reasonable.Seems like the funnest place on earth. :)

DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD. Even though you let them know and don’t take your dog, take keep charging your account. BE AWARE. If your dog doesn’t feel happy and you see from the camera other dogs keep jumping on them and staff is too busy to keep an eye because there is like 20-30 dogs in one room, they still push you to come for 8 weeks plus 2 more weeks for cancellation notice. If you are a new parent, be really really careful before you commit. Might be too later after you enroll.

Great place to have my puppy go while I'm working. Much better then a crate all day! She has made friends and is getting valuable socializing. Plus she is actually tired at the end of the day!

Having never used a doggy daycare before, I was a little hesitant about bringing my pup to one. Would he enjoy it? Would he feel betrayed or abandoned by me? After one visit to Dogtopia, I quickly realized how much my puppy loved it and just how wrong I was to worry!The facilities at Dogtopia are great and having a place to exercise and interact with many other dogs is invaluable to any dog, especially a puppy. But the top-notch staff are what make this place what it is: they each care for my dog like he's their own and he adores them all. They've kept a very watchful eye on him and have done a great job of helping his socialization and grooming. My puppy is no longer averse to car rides and each time we pull up to Dogtopia he can't wait to get inside. When we get home, he is blissfully tuckered out which is a win for everybody!I can't recommend this place enough to any dog owners on the fence about it!!
