Service was good. And the restaurant was nicely decorated.We ordered potatoe skins and dried boneless ribs. The potatoe skin were good and thought the boneless ribs tasted fine until we found a hair attached to a rib. Showed the server the rib with hair and sent the plate of ribs back. The Server did apologize but he nor the kitchen offered to replace the order.They did removed the ribs from our bill but I don't think we will go back there in the next while.

They were short staffed but very kind and the food was delicious. I got the all dressed pizza and was very happy with it! The crust was nice and crispy despite having a lot of toppings.

I have never had a bad experience with Houston Pizza, I always love everything I order whether take in or out etc. I ordered a small pizza and a baked French Fry poutine with (I asked for meat sauce.) The pizza was real good as usual. I noticed immediately a horrible smell with my poutine. It tasted really really off too. I seen the texture was like a can of stewed tomatoes that had gone really bad . I in half a century have only had to complain at two restaurants about food .I felt bad for having to phone ,I said it tasted really off and told the man that answered that I thought it tasted like stewed tomatoes out of the can,texture was same . The man had no apology whatsoever. I readily said not looking to get anything discounted or free . I just want to make sure checked on.He said reluctantly that hed mention it . No apology etc . He said they use their own meat sauce . I have had their meat sauce this was nothing like it .the stink persisted until I threw remainder out . I have worked many customer service positions and when you are spending that kind of money plz . I wont be calling or ordering again thank you but no .

Love the Greek salad -- veggies are always cold and fresh, lots of feta, superb dressing and pick up is a breeze! They have kind, knowledgeable, well trained staff who really make the transaction effortless. Oh!! AND... the garlic toast...fresh homemade bread! Amazing!!

i got back from bc after 20yrs and thought of the baked seafood alfredo fettucheeni so i ordered it and veg pizza they got the order totally wrong and gave me rosia tomato sauce then when i complained they denied my order was for alfredo.....bar room background noise was classless,the just gave me credit for another pasta it was the worst pasta in 60 yrs with very little seafood i think a can of chef boy r dee would have been better this houston is pathetic dont eat there horrendous...also i complained to there head office and it fell on deaf ears I'll never waste $50 there ever again...The worst,Dont eat at any of the Houston's....There not accountable

Ordered pizza for the office and while this location isn’t my normal go to, I was redirected to this location since it’s near my place of work. Ordered large pizza combo with salad and drink. When asked what 3 toppings we wanted, we said triple pepperoni. My usual location usually loads up on the Pepperoni since it would be considered 3 separate toppings. However, when the pizza came, it had one layer of pepperoni. I was hyping it up how good Houston’s is, don’t get me wrong the flavor was there… just very disappointed we were allowed 3 toppings and got 1 layer. I’ll be driving to the Houston pizza in my area next time.

Ordered lasagna from your Albert location. Wasn’t very impressed with it seems the meat sauce was forgotten or your amount you put on is extremely very little. Very disappointing!!! Made phone call was told they do put sauce on. I showed two people what it looked like and they said what the hell is that. $16.00 for just a tad of sauce noodles and cheese. I have had far better. First time ordering from your place and the last!!!

Ordered from here through UberEats , spent over $100.00 and food was awful. Wings dumped all over pizza box, the garlic bread was rock hard. Ribs were good and wings, lasagna was ok. The driver took forever. Sat on my street and then took off and came back again. I had to stand outside for driver to see me. Not impressed.
