Sally Beauty

Went into Sally's to get some stuff for my sister then I saw they had signs for a 40% sale. It DID NOT specify exactly what products were on the sale it only mentioned the brand names. I found a product that I wanted and looked up the reviews online and seen the product was also 40% online as well. When I went up to the register it came up the wrong price. I told the cashier that it was one of the brands that was 40% off on there sign. She got an attitude and told me she didn't think it was on sale. When they had multiple signs posted. I tried to show her on my phone that it was also posted online she didn't care to look. She proceeded to grab a booklet they had at the register to check to see if the item was on sale. When she was checking I asked her if it was certain items from the brands that were only 40% off.. she ignored me and continued to flip through the papers with an stank look on her face. After she flipped through every page instead of going to check the sign I finally had enough and said I didn't want it. This is not the first time I've experienced attitude from this employee. I don't know she acted like it was such an issue but I hope she is not working next time I come in because I make quick a few trips there because I love all the brands. My only complaint is with this particular employee.. not with Sally's.

So sweet and helpful. Rebecca really took the time to set me up with a new style and explained all the steps specifically for what I was going for. So so thankful, fully recommend, and awesomeness.

I was so happy with my visit today at the port huron store. Usually I just grab whatever I'm after and head to the checkout. Today I had some questions on what I should do and Rachel helped me so much! She was polite and very patient with me and my questions. She was amazing and a great asset to this store.

Went into Sally's with zero knowledge of what I was looking for. Over the past year or so my hair has taken on this curl, a curl that my 16 year old self would have begged my parents to get a perm like it. My husband and grand daughter have asked me to leave it with curl verses brushing it straight and it be frizzy by the end of the day.They were a few customers in the store, the cashier, I know now as Brittiny was helping a woman so I waited til she was free to start the barrage of questions. She was unbelievably patient and very knowledgeable. Took the time to compare products with me, not pushing me to buy a certain brand, but really listened when I said i expressed the symptoms my hair was having and what I wanted to obtain. Stellar customer service from Brittiny and the other girl at the counter, I wasn't able to get her name but she was super nice as well!

Excellent customer service. In-and-out in a snap when I tell them what I am trying to do. I get the right product & tools for the job. I am new to the do-it-yourself hair thing & I just love the girls at Sally's!

Zero stars. Worst customer service ever. I attempted to return a curling iron because it was falling apart after a few weeks. The assistant manager" Alicia stepped in and said I could return it because it looked to used....yes...that was why I was bringing it back! I used my only day off to drive an hour to the closest Sally to do this as I purchase the product on vacation and was assured any Sally store could help me out. To top it off this day was my birthday. Don't give this store the time of day...there are enough retail outlets in the area to get the same products at much better quality."

I had had a pretty crazy day with doctors and hospitals and blood draws and x-rays and I had an errand to run nearby so I thought I’m gonna stop in at Sallys. They were not busy and Jamie came forward to help me with what I needed. She was an absolute gem! We found products that I could use (I have major allergies) and I also scored a new dryer/curling combo that I haven’t tried out yet but I’m pretty sure I’m gonna like it. This is a great little Sally store. I have been a Sally’s person for many many years (from back when they used to have the little green discount cards).I have to say I’ve really never had a bad experience from TN to IL to MI, but the staff in the Fort Gratiot store are always extremely kind and helpful!5/5 stars-10 stars if that was possible! #KudosJamie-You must try line dance!

I am one of those that do not like to be bothered while I am shopping, but here I no longer mind. I have been buying the same product for awhile, one of the girls stopped me last time and handed me a slightly more expensive product and said this one will work better for you. She was not wrong. I enjoy shopping for my needs here.

Not sure who was working on Tuesday, I should have gotten her name. I walked in with super yellow hair and explained that I haven’t been able to get into my salon to have it toned and she hooked me up with two toners to mix and some developer, told me not to get it on my roots and sent me on my way. And let me just say it turned out AMAZING. I got exactly what I wanted, thank you for having such an educated staff!!
