Worst service. Only one cashier and have to wait to turn 1 hours. They need staff to facilitate to customer. This is my third time wait wait wait and than left wothout transaction.

My friend sent me money, but the Western Union agent at this location told me that nothing was sent. When my friend went to fix it, she was told that I already received the money, which I didn't. I suspect that the agent stole the money and pretended that nothing was sent.

This is my first experience with this service. I was sent money as a gift. Upon pick up at 10 am I was told they do not have cash on the premises. The staff was very rude, disrespectful. She did eventually do a money order. Honestly I have never been treated so poorly.

This place is the worst, people are usually rude or annoying. The only person that listen is the manager Irma, if I remember her name correctly. Never had a good experience, the worst.
