I came here to get a new phone.Pros:- I got a samsung s21 5G 128GB for under 500$ and payment is over 24 months- Sammy helped me set up my new plan despite the problems as I didn't have enough forms of ID and he had to make multiple calls to get that sorted-At first I was gonna get iPhone12 and when u told him I am hesitant he showed me the cheaper option that I got.-I returned a charger with no hassle despite forgetting my receiptCONS-The plans are only good if u need large amount of data. This has nothing to do with the location or the sale represantives but if you are fine with 2 or 4 GB monthly data then Fido is not a good choice. It's good of u need 20+GB- I felt a bit rushed to gdt the iPhone 12, they really wanted to sell me the iPhone 12 at the start even though I stated that my budget is 500$ and that phone was well over that.

I had a great experience at the Batteries and Gadgets store - Eaton Center location. I spoke to Mike - a highly professional and helpful individual with great energy.He assisted me with purchasing a new phone and switching to a different plan. Not only did he set up my new phone for me but also threw in a few extra gadgets. I couldn't have asked for a better customer service experience.

Made a purchase of Apple wired earbuds. The mic does not work so they’re pretty useless to me since I often need to take calls. I will keep them as a backup to listen to music, but I am very disappointed. These were even more expensive than through Amazon. You should avoid making purchases from places like this that have very limited return policies. I am even wondering if these were truly Apple earbuds or fakes.

I would rate them a zero if I could. I bought a screen protector here and it was applied with hair and dust under it…. When I brought it up they said I could take it off and reapply it at home. I didn’t believe that so I asked to do it in the store. It of course didn’t work…. Instead of getting me a new screen protector and applying it properly they made me buy it again. Don’t go here unless you want pay twice for a dusty and hairy screen protector.

DO NOT GO THERE! IT IS A SCAM STORE!I went there today to buy batteries for my watch. I paid 20(!!!) CAD when online you can buy the same batteries for 1CAD! The shop assistant is writing the price manually, there is nowhere any price tags and in the end you got suspiciously looking receipt, then you're not able to return, only exchange the item. Seriously, if you are in rush and new in the country you better wait few days to get it online or find somewhere else instead going there.
