Fox was pleasant to deal with right from the get go. Booking appointments was fast and easy. The home evaluation with our sales rep Dustin was very informative. Dustin was friendly, honest and not pushy at all. He provided us with various options and quotes to fit our needs.The install team arrived when expected, were friendly and efficient, and provided information throughout the process.Fantastic experience with fox, 10/10 service!

Fox was professional and did a great job installing both a new air conditioner as well as a new furnace. They we're honest in their assessment of what we needed and what it would cost. Upon the initial visit when I had an assessment done the salesman spent time answering my questions and going through the available options. The workers were professional and left the place as clean as when they had started. We highly recommend Fox and would definitely use them again if needed.

LANCE is amazingly very helpful in his professional expertise. He made it possible for our new Hvac to be installed easily the next day. He was thorough explaining all the options available to us with much care and detail. And he went beyond to help us, it was a terrible time as my husband is suffering in pain from an accident. They were amazing. They came and did it within a day. Had a furnace and ac installed before 530. So far everything has been great. I would definitely recommend to anyone in Kamloops looking to upgrade.

He just had good energy.With a tricky clog to release in my waste water to septic pipes, he showed 100% confidence and determination to ensure we got the job done in the most efficient and effective way.Kellen took the time to understand the situation and allowed me the space to explain my perspective and ideas.Job was done well for a fair price!Very happy with the total experience.

Called in and they came out the next day. Customer service was nice and friendly. The technician was great, he got our units back up and running and he recommended having the units replaced. I agreed as they are older, had a salesman come out and quoted just shy of $26000! This was with a “buy one get one deal”. I honestly thought this was a joke as I laughed out loud! I get inflation but come on. I was interested in paying COD but they didn’t even give me that option, not even any rebates!Will definitely be calling around for other quotes.

Air conditioners with heat pumps can be a challenge for any tech. This one is a lead pipe scale that likes to plug up the unit. Reagan even admitted to see this problem was a first. He did a very excellent job.

Everything with Fox has been excellent . Very quick to respond to my initial request for a quote to having the entire unit installed the very next day. Other companies I called were going to be weeks to get anything done. GOOD JOB FOX! Will definitely call them in the future if I need to get any plumbing or HVAC work done.

Devin the plumbing tech is a super nice guy and his workmanship is quality. We used Fox to install a new furnace and a/c unit in our house. Working with Dustin in sales to the installation crew and follow up, they were extremely professional and did a great job. Highly recommended Fox. A few weeks later we had a new issue. We had a plumbing leak in the ceiling and Devin came to do the repairs. Once again excellent service and really nice to deal with. We have used two different divisions of Fox plumbing and heating and both provided excellent service and installation. I highly recommend Fox plumbing and heating.
