STAY AWAY! They are quick to give you a quote and take your deposit, but terrible at doing the actual work. On installation day, they showed up late, then decided they didn't want to do the job. Horrible company.Update: I appreciate that your company implements a health and safety plan, its unfortunate that it is largely ineffective in protecting your employees. I informed Ryan during his initial visit the potential health hazards associated with my attic. We had a long conversation about how your company employees routinely deal with these hazards and have the proper protective equipment. Ryan clearly did not inform your installer of these hazards, and had I not mentioned them to the installer, he would have unknowingly been exposed to them. I applaud your installer for refusing to do the work once he knew what was involved. But what terrible position to put him in. All this hassle could have been avoided if your more senior employee would have properly communicated to the person actually doing the work. I suggest you revisit your safety plan framework to avoid this in the future, not only to safeguard your employees health, but to avoid putting your clients in this position.

I phoned and asked them if they could do the job .which was to cut out the hole for the kitchen sink and install it .and if they did an under mount which they replied they could do both .I told them it had to be done today nov30 as the new tenant is moving in the next day .they said fine and then sent someone over who either did n t know how to do the job or just plain did, nt want it .Then they walked leaving me with the job and now the new tenant has to wait to get water from both sinks. one star is way to much.

Within a week of installation of our new hot water tank, it cracked causing a huge leak. We called immediately, but the company told us that it would be 5 days before we could get a new one. February is not a good month to have cold showers for 5 days!! Despite numerous calls, we have not been able to speak to a service manager, or get them to budge on the date. Wouldn’t recommend the company.

We have used AJPH for many years. They are professional, polite, wonderful to deal with. From their office we dealt with Maleena the last time. She was fast to respond, set up appointments with our preferred technician. Always responded and confirmed. For a few times we had Dave Wiebe, their amazing technician here to repair our very old Cooler. Dave is an absolute gem, very knowledgeable and professional, polite and always on time. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience, especially with our old Cooler. It requires special knowledge to repair our old Cooler. He pinpoints weak spots, damages almost immediately, has the knowledge and skill to fix and repair our equipment. He went out of his way to even level our Cooler the last time, which was crucial for its functioning. Thanks a million Dave! You are the best! We had other technicians here from AJPH and found them all highly professional, well trained and knowledgeable. Great Company, great people!

Great service. My apartment block heating had quit and I couldn't get a response from my regular maintenance company so I called AJ. They had a service man here in an hour and a boiler specialist an hour later.The necessary parts were located the next morning and in less than 20 hours after my call the problem was solved.

How about a plumber who shows up early? Who does an incredible job in less time than it was supposed to take? (In fact another Victoria plumbing firm took over two hours - today it took less than an hour - to do exactly the same job earlier this year and the plumber wanted to add half an hour to our bill so he could write out the invoice).Archie Johnstone you are amazing. We hired this plumbing company to fix a leaking shower head. I choose them because they are located very close to where I live. The plumber came on time and fixed" the shower head but he mixed up the hot and cold waters so had to come back the next day to fix that! Pretty basic plumbing skills but he got it wrong. I was billed for 1.5 hours of time. I was not told that I had to pay for the plumber to drive here from some other location

I would give six stars if I could - AJPH has been great!in 2016 my hot water tank failed. On recommendation from my parents (who had also hat a HWT failure recently), we called AJPH. Within a couple of hours, someone was on-site with a new hot water tank, fixed our problem, and also rigged a drainage system to mitigate damage from any future failure.Yesterday I opened to door to our storage room to find it full of steam and spraying hot water. What I initially thought was another HWT problem turned out to be a burst pipe. Again, AJPH was on-site within two hours, fixed the problem professionally and efficiently, showed me how I could mitigate the problem on my own in the future, and even took care of another plumbing job I'd been plan on doing myself.Fantastic service - AJPH will be my first call, every time.

I didn't hire them but if they work the way they drive their vans I won't be.Tailgating in a 30 zone, blowing through a crosswalk with students in it and cut off when they passed so they could turn right. All in a school zone. Bad form.Please encourage your staff to do better. They could have killed a kid.

Our main beef is how they do business. I got a quote for work which stated they would need 8 hours to do the job. However they only took 6 with travel back and forth once for parts even though they indicated they did that prior to doing the job. The tech was at our house 3.5 hours in total. I complained to the manager but money is more important than customer loyalty. Important you understand the quote is non negotiable even if the way over quote. I will no longer use this company in the future.
