I went to buy candle making supplies & the supplies were a bit low, but to be expected as they have a smaller selection. I did find the basic items that I needed. The wicks, wick holders, thermometer- all reasonably priced. I may have came during a slower time on a Friday afternoon, so it was nice. No long line ups, very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff & supervisor. I would definitely recommend this Michael’s. Clean, tidy, well organized, easy to find products & the staff are there at the front to point you in the right direction if you just want a quick in and out shopping experience. Some coupons offered at the till, though easily downloaded from their website on your phone as well.

A very unprofessional location of Micheals I ever shop at. Staff are rude on the phone and keep putting on hold for 20 mins and even they did't find the item, they won't pick up the phone to let customers know until I hung up after 20 mins and call back with a short question So you are calling back to ask if we find the items or not?". I have all the phone call history record that if anyone need proof

Great place to buy Chriistmas tree. Got ours here on Sale. From $479 and was put up for $239 only.We jist moved to our new house and was looking for a new Christmas tree. Really worth it!!!

Great place to get crafting material, they have a very big sellection of crafting and art stuff, as a recommendation always use a coupon if you are interested in buying something expensive, you can fin the coupon on their website or you can receive it by suscribing on their newsletter. Another tip: if you like crafting check out their clearence sections, they have more than 1 in every store, most of them are small sections. So they are not too obvious, but there you can find crafting stuff at great prices

I am not entirely happy with this store. I bought a Christmas tree last year (originally around $600 and paid almost $300). Almost every single light on the tree doesn't work (and yes they are all plugged in). I tried contacting customer care and the chat dropped. Before the chat dropped they asked for my full name, email, and phone number. I did not receive an email or a phone call. Not impressed to say the least.

Great experience from product knowledge to customer service! It was fabulous. Even though it is a big box store the cashier asked if if was my 1st time in the store because he didn't recognize me. It is really nice that even in a big store they get to know their customers. It was my 1st time there and looking forward to going back to shop !

Excellent service at the Beacon Hill Store in Calgary. Each interaction I had in the store from the online pickup, to the framing department, in between and checkout, I was fully serviced. A team member also assisted me to my car because I had 2 carts. They also had a mobile checkout person to process small orders to keep the line running quickly and smoothly.Thank-you Beacon Hill Team for a great shopping experience on what I know was a very busy day!

Had another art project framed, and it was delivered ahead of schedule. Lots of suggestions and conversation about how to best display it, and everything was fully explained. Always an enjoyable experience for me, I’ve had several items framed over the years.
