Niel and Nathalia are very helpful despite the roadblocks at first they tried their best to get the truck that we wanted according to our needs. I had an amazing experience getting my first car. Stephan was very kind and friendly. He helped me show around the car and take it out for a test drive. Natalia was really friendly too and helped me with financing the car and walked me through everything. In overall, I am very happy I got my first car from this dealership and would highly recommend for anyone else too!

We were looking for a used 1 ton and found one there. What I liked about it that it’s more of a small town dealership we’re vehicles don’t disappear overnight when you have time to think about your purchase. I text messaged about a truck and then shopped around over the next week and couldn’t find a better deal and text messaged back and the truck was still there and we went there and liked it. Sales was good not pushy at all like most other dealerships. The financing side was awesome. Really worked with you to try to get the best deal Possible in times where there’s no good deals in interest rates really out there. Truck was available to pick up at promise time and with promised accessories on it and was super clean. It was a bit of a drive for us, but I would go back in the future for another vehicle definitely.

BRAD ! Buying a car is the second most important purchase after a house. I have dealt with many dealerships over the years and I have NEVER had such a smooth and great experience. Dealing with Brad is like being part of the family… he’s extremely laid back and professional. We had an unfortunate vehicle accident that totaled our Ram Truck the week before, We walked into the Leduc Chrysler dealership and were immediately and warmly welcomed by Sales Manager Brad Macdonald. Hearing our story Brad offed us a few choices for some used trucks in our price range and went above and beyond to make us a deal we knew we would not get anywhere else. Easy to book appt on their site. The servicing was great. They were fast signed me in quickly. Answered all my questions. The Service lady that dealt with me was very polite and friendly. Will definitely use this dealership for my service appts.
