Only place I get my steel toed shoes for work. Always courteous staff who check in on you but they aren't pishy either. I was delighted with the clothing I found there, and the 2 for 1 prices were a welcome added bonus.

I arrive shortly before closing and a gentleman helped me with work clothes and boots. He was attentive and very friendly. At no time did I feel pressure to hurry up as they where closing. Great experience this time.

Mark's in Red Deer is located at 6320-50th (Gaetz) Avenue. It's right next to Walmart south. Large store with a great selection of products. It is definitely a go to store when you need work clothes, like Carharts, steel toed boots, work gloves, etc.

I have had the worst shopping experience here, Jodi was rude, arrogant, argumentative with me. Over a card number.She had no customer service, I shop her a lot! I recommend this place to people and to have such awful experience! Was just awful.I love marks! But this was so disgraceful to the company!The other lady working with her that day, was rude too. I’ve been in customer service for years, never ever tell a customer “sure I’ll help you before I clock out and head out”No! You say” Hi sir, I can help you on this till.What is wrong with the staff here?Shane is the best one at this location!Never disappointed with his customer service. He is great! Wish he was there that day.

Very impressed! I purchased a pair of work boots a couple weeks ago and am fortunate enough to be able to submit my receipt to my employer and get reimbursed…. So when ya loose the receipt it’s like loosing a few hundred bucks lol. Did not expect to get anywhere but thought a phone call would be worth a shot, had the pleasure of getting Sherri on the phone and after two calls (my fault ). She spent a considerable amount of time with me and got it figured out and I had an email before we hung up the phone! Not the norm these days!! I’ll be back to her store for sure !!!Thanks so much Sherri

June 2023 UpdatePros:One employee went out of their to help locate a specific pair of jeans.Cons:A different employee was hiding in the dressing room area complaining to their friend or coworker that the customers weren't cleaning up the clothes they were trying on and that no one was helping them while the front counter had a very long line up.

Disappointed that they don't carry bigger sizes for winter boots or shoes in store. No one wants to pay to order boots online that might not fit around someone's calves or feet. The lady told me they only keep a few size 10s of 1 brand and once those sell, they order another shipment of a few more.How is that acceptable??Why do bigger footed ladies no get any options! So annoying.They need to change their policies because this is straight BS.

This store is great, the staff at the till are awesome only thing we found the last time was the shortage of floor staff. However we were able to get our stuff no problem. One hint sign up for email notifications we sasved an additional 30 dollars off on top of the specials . Great deal

Friendly staff , honestly this is the only Mark's that I have visited in the last 5 years where I haven't felt uncomfortable. I have a lot of tattoos so when I walk into lots of stores they automatically think I'm there to steal something. Which is never the case but at this store they were helpful and friendly and didn't have 3 staff members watching my every move . So I would definitely go buy my work stuff from here again. Thank you Mark's staff honestly it's very nice to have the staff treat you the same as everyone else. Keep up the good work .

My personal customer experience was ok- they seemed short staffed which I understand so my cashier kept getting called away for other tasks. However, one of the other cashiers was quite frustrated with a customer and the resulting encounter made me uncomfortableWill return and hopefully they are having a better day next time :)
