Kudos to Hazeldean Florist for their help in arranging flowers for my girlfriend and family in the Ottawa/Stittsville area. She absolutely loved them and said they truly brightened up her day. I saw a photo and the shop definitely did a beautiful job so thank you very much! It’s nice to be able to receive such wonderful, friendly service even though I live out on the west coast.

I have received several fresh floral bouquets from Hazeldean Florist and each one has been spectacular. The staff are so polite, professional and helpful whenever I have interacted with them. The most recent one is a Birthday/Thanksgiving bouquet and it is like having a little autumn garden in my living room.

The flowers were bright and vibrant but I felt the arrangement size was quite a bit smaller than what was advertised online, and the price was high for the amount of flowers we actually got.

Terri Kim, owner of Hazeldean Florist, is exceptionally talented! This is my go-to place for flowers here in Ottawa. Since her arrangements start with premium flowers, the blooms are fresher and last longer. Thank you Terri for always making me happy!

First time ordering flowers at this place- I ordered my mom a bouquet for Mother’s Day and upgraded to the premium version even. Unfortunately, my mom let me know that when the flowers were delivered in the vase, it looked like it was sitting in the vase for a few days - the water in the vase looked old and moldy and same with the flowers roots. She had to trim them and put fresh water in it. Unfortunately the “premium bouquet” was very underwhelming and looks much smaller than photos online. Honestly could’ve gotten the same type of bouquet from Loblaws. I won’t be ordering from them again. I usually order from other places and for $120, the bouquet is way nicer from other places.

Was there Wednesday September 9/20 at 5 just before closing. I was looking for an arrangement for my nieces birthday bought a beautiful plant arrangement instead she absolutely loved it.Thank you again for the wonderful customer service and not making me feel rushed I will definitely come and see you for any future orders.

Have gotten flowers from here multiple times over the years, always fresh and excellent quality and good prices. They can make a bouquet very quickly while you wait most of the time. Very convenient and quick service.

Ordered a bouquet delivery for my Daughters 18th Birthday and it was beautiful! Not the first time we have had flowers form Hazeldean Florist and they are always fresh and long lasting. Amazing service as well! Will definitely order again.

In the lockdown times I could not go to the store to see the item in person, so I had to rely on images on their website. See yourself what I ordered and what I actually got. BTW I chose the premium option.On their image there are about 25 flowers, and we see only one side, which means actually there are more. There are 6 roses on their image on the visible side.The one that I got has 4 roses in total.Stay away from ordering from them.
