Worst Sales process, very unprofessional. I was approached by sale representative about available unit yesterday noon and gave me an appointment for today.He called me at noon today to confirm the appointment and I drove for an hour, when I reached there they said that unit is just sold and now we have same unit but with $50k more. Simply ridiculous! .I hope they start value people’s time .Dont go for it, not worth.

being a real estate investor, dealing with all builders, I haven't seen such a bad builder...worst customer service ever. The builder doesn't want to fix a plumbing issue, doesn't want to change cracked tiles. Just don't waste your money,time and energy and buy from this builder. I have 2 other friends who got the same leaking issues. Jean Docherty, Customer Service Manager was such an ignorant, unprofessional and careless person.

I bought the townhouse couple of years ago. This is my first home so I am not sure if it happens to all townhouse. There is too much impact noise coming through the party wall. All the noise like the kids running, jumping, the kitchen closet door closing, is magnified due to the open concept design. It is like drum effect.
