Until I worked with Andrew I would not have believed I would ever give a realtor a 5-star review. But Andrew deserves all 5 stars and then some. From the time he pitched the business to sell my condo (by far the most professional and knowledgeable of those I interviewed; having done extremely thorough research as well as analyzing and learning it) right through moving day, when he showed up with coffee and donuts to help, Andrew kept his promise to reduce the stress of selling and maybe even make the whole process a little fun. At least partially due to Andrew's brilliant staging of my condo, it sold the day after listing for over the asking price; setting a new record for my building.
