The Joint Head Shop and Vape Shop Saskatoon

Had a long standing, positive and consistent experience until recently. Then I had an experience which resulted in me never wanting to xome back again...However Jeremy, has completely resolved the situation and I will be returning. Thank you Jeremy.

I can only comment on 2 things at this location. Neat store with lots of different stuff. The particular product I went for they didn't have at this location. The guy working looked at their other locations and directed me the Idylwyld location. He was very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions. After seeing the other locations I prefer how that store is laid out with their products. However the gentleman here was great.

Absolutely the worst company to work for. Very toxic. Will bansomeone simply because they are too insecure, overly sensitive gen Z mixed with a little bit of millennial, just a bunch of Karen's. Also very ignorant. I could go on and on about the toxicity of this workplace. I hope they get shut down at all locations. Go ahead the joint, ban me too HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA and make sure you post it everywhere for your fugly staff to see

I was just at this location and was VERY disappointed with the employees. As I walked in a gentleman walked out clearly having been served. I was not acknowledged, the 2 employees proceeded to have a conversation on the sales floor, one took a costumer call, this was over 5 minutes and I was the only customer in the store. I left without anything I went in for and will not be returning.

Came in to buy a bong yes i was looking for the sale that had already ended but to stand there for 15 mins without being asked or welcomed anything do people not like working in bong shops like you have a cool easy job obviously staff didn't want to attempt to make a sale looked like u interrupted him when asking about the sale I don't think retail is the place for this one. Shame used to like the joint this makes me never want to come back. Store looked extremely sad too little cleaning and organizing goes a long way

Well shopping at the joint I had a great experience not only the 1st time but every time I've been there since which has been many times over the years but this latest time was more enjoyable than most as the ladies not just lady took their time to absolutely explain everything to me went out of their way and spent just about 2 hours teaching me about the differences in vape vaporizers juices the Maud's the heads and the glass that they sell the also taught me that it's better to use a good butane in your lighter rather than others and to use the one that's called for because it'll make it last longer and that's why a lot of them wear out I think a lot more people should choose the joint just because of the time that they're willing to give to a customer and the effort they put into trying to help you to all you stop there and especially you 2 ladies that went out of your way you know who you are thank you very much Joseph AKA tattoo

The woman who was sitting there until oh no a customer, what an inconvenience. She seemed irritated that I was asking about a product and yeah, I get it COVID, but the way she said, can you NOT touch anything. Thanks." I should have walked out on the incompetent paper bag but whatever not going back."

The prices are very reasonable. You could get a better deal online, but the shipping cost, and time would defeat the purpose. They have a very wide selection. I'm surprised they can fit it all in such a small store. The associates are very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. They really care about setting you up with the right products to fit your individual needs.
