First time here: Pretty disappointed. Two weeks before the appointment, I was very detailed in my online request for orange ombre for my daughter's brown hair. On the day of the appointment - which was her graduation day - she called me crying 1.5 hours before she was due to be finished. Apparently the booking (nearly 3h) wasn't long enough for the double treatment needed for her hair. I received NO calls to indicate this before the appointment; the manager said someone did call to indicate this but the stylist said the opposite. The only message I received was to confirm the appointment on the day prior. Pretty disappointed that Luce staff didn't make more effort to communicate and clarify customer's wishes for a special occasion. Especially upset at how I was treated by the manager when I have a recorded message that opposes his claims.

Absolutely amazing.was tended to by the senior hairstylist/barber [for those who don't know hairstyling and barbering are two very different things ] they are both intense on their own.and used for different applications. But since she knew how to barber as well. I was left with such a clean cut amazingly professional look.Get your scalp massaged like no other place.For what you get it's pretty reasonably priced as well.Soo happy with my new top :)

I have been going to this salon for a few years now. I enjoy the experience every time. My stylist is usually Erika, and every time I receive a cut and colour that I absolutely love and that wins me several compliments from friends. Their prices are reasonable, and they make sure that the experience and result is well worth it. I especially enjoy the conversation and seeing a stylist who knows you and your comfort level. They also have several excellent products on site and are willing to talk you through hair care at home. I am looking forward to going back there soon.

I don’t get my hair done often so it’s taken me many years to find my favourite hair dresser. Luce is always a very comfortable and clean place to go to, Elena is so lovely and always does a fantastic job! Highly recommend going to Elena!

I worked here for my placement throughout college and I was taken advantage of, told rude things about my appearance, listened to stylists talk up a client and then immediately bash them once they left. Their prices are fair and they do know what they are doing, but from an ethical sense a lot of the stylists here are NOT good people. Hairstylists are supposed to make you, the client feel like the most beautiful person in the world and they just simply don’t care for that.The only Luce location I would support if you are going to support any is the east location by gore road. The stylists there seem the most genuine.

I have waited a week to write this review as I thought I needed to settle before reliving my experience. I left with the worst hair in my life. Ok, booked an impromptu appt to get my hair trimmed. When I called I mentioned I had thick, long, hair and I can have it washed before I arrived. The woman agreed. I arrived at 2:05, she asked me what I wanted, I explained, we chatted. She the washed my hair again, odd. She then began the cut. Not terrible. I talk a lot and she was talking back to me, but after a while there became one word answers. Ok. She then said she would diffuse it a little. Then she was done. She asked if I like the length, yes. Ok. Then she was done. 2:45. It was not dry, so frizzy and it truly looked like she gave up. I could barely talk, I paid, overpaid, and left to cry in my car. I have photos. Would never recommend. I don’t know how you could let someone leave looking like I did. Oh and the other stylist, who was doing their own hair, answered the phone, and made a rude comment about the person on the phone as she walked over to the appt desk. And laughed. Terrible.

Wonderful Salon, have always been greeted warmly, and have never left unhappy with my hair results. Ericka C has been my Stylist for many years, and I trust and respect her 100%. She is honest, and very good to talk to while she does your hair, always smiling, and very friendly. All of the staff I see while there do excellent work.

Came in for a walk-in and got a fantastic haircut! Not too short, but still felt like a fresh cut.

Cassandra was great, fixed a bad haircut I got from a reputable salon downtown. Fast, reasonably priced and professional. Highly recommend - will be returning.
