My older horse was showing signs of trouble chewing normally so I contacted my dentist, who felt that he may possibly need vet attention instead of a regular float. I called TD and they got me in a little faster than the dentist could have. After 35 years of owning horses, I don't think I've ever had such a wonderful experience! They were so kind and attentive to my horse and also to me. They took their time like they had nowhere else to be, although I'm sure that wasn't the case. They made sure my horse was comfortable at all times, complimented the dental care he'd been receiving from someone else, and the bill was better than I expected. Thank you, keep up the good work and pleasant, caring attitude! It's appreciated.

From the front end staff to the veterinarians, everyone is very friendly, efficient and compassionate. Amazing service. Called with a potentially serious laceration and they had a vet on site within an hour to assess, treat and wrap the wound. Temperature was frigid Wednesday when the issue happened and the vet made the whole process so much less stressful Smooth process getting our horse to the facility for further inspection and he's mending for a sleepover for a few days. Excellent communication and attention to detail. Thanks C and K for all your help!
