Love this place, the people working there are always helpful, they always offer to help me bring the dog food bags to the car and everything. I used to go to mondou, and now i only go to chico. Their price is better, the staff is better and the selection of products is better

So far the staff has been great, very knowledgeable about dogs, didn't try overselling products and helped my daughter with what she needs, they also offer a top notch grooming service from what I saw. Our little guy is new 8 weeks old so we didn't need that service yet but it's great knowing it's there. Our dog had an accident on the floor and they were very cool about it and mopped it up right away.

Tried to bring back dogit dog carrier after flimsy handle broke after one visit to the vet 8 days after purchase,they say they only refund before 3 days after purchase. wont give me a refund and they say its the cadillac of carriers. After looking online its one of the worst.I spend 60$ on pet food there every 2 weeks and they wont give refund for a deffective product , i geusse ill be going to mondou from now on.

I would appreciate a little more variety in wet food for dogs, although it is pretty good. Very helpful and curteous staff.

Had an appointment at 7pm tonight for my 2 dogs. Groomer called me at 4:35 to tell me that she could only do one. As a first time customer, it is absolutely unacceptable. Asked to speak with the manager, and she told me he wasn't there, and furthermore refused to give me his name to follow up with him, stating that he doesn't want his name to be given to clients. Says a lot about how they value customer service.
