Valley Flowers

They don’t seem to care to much about their customer satisfaction; they just want to drop your flowers wherever they want and off they go. We ordered an arrangement 12 days before the delivery date to be ship to our house. We Emailed them one day before the delivering day to kindly ask for the flowers to be delivered before 2pm. After explaining the reasons and almost begging them, the flowers were dropped at my wife workplace during a freezing winter day. The flowers are fine, but I wouldn’t recommend a company that shows so little care for their customers. Order #12233

Perfection! The bouquet was unique and so beautiful. I chose the incorrect shipping and they were kind enough to email me and let me know about the overpay, so they added value to the arrangement. Great service, very easy to use website and ordering system. Beautiful!

I have dealt with Valley Flowers since the mid-1980's when I was living in Winnipeg and used to order their gorgeous Double Azalea plants for staff for special occasions. I have long since returned to my home in the Edmonton area and reached out to Valley Flowers recently when a friend's husband suddenly passed away. The online experience was so easy. Each screen flowed flawlessly, meaning from entering customer info, credit card, etc. Plus, there were no hidden fees like so many florists. They definitely have my business again.

I ordered my first Mother's Day flowers online from this store. Our order of flowers delivered after 7pm. Mother's Day was already coming to an end and it was the WORST thing that could have happened. When we called the shop many times but nobody get through. And the delivery person didn't even offer a word of apology. We were very disappointed because we had ordered from Google reviews and trusted the service we expected. This Mother's Day was very special for us and the first Mother's Day we have spent with my mother-in-law in 7 years. I did not want to accept flowers that were already worthless. I just wanted money back but my kind mother took them from the rude driver. The next day the owner contacted me to apologize and she made the excuse that she was a new delivery person, but that's none of my business. Our Mother’s Day will never come back again!! She offered only 10% credit but I will never use this place again anyways.If you are thinking of sending flowers on your big day I would not recommend it as they will ruin it!

It seems that many have had a good experience dealing with Sheila and Valley Flowers. I'm really glad for them I am sad to say that my experience was terrible. I ordered an arrangement online for my sister's birthday and the bouquet I received looked about half as big as the one in the photo on the website. Everyone who saw it was shocked at the price of it considering its size. I knew there was an option to have More Flowers" but based on the picture I thought the regular version would be fine. I contacted them as soon as I could (I flew in from out of province and I had the flowers delivered to a family member since I would arrive too late to pick them up.) and sent pictures. I was told very bluntly and rudely that I knew what I was getting and that there would be no refund. I tried several times to make the point that what I received was not as advertised but they just told me again that I knew what I was getting and there would be no refund. My experience with the owner was shocking!! I asked her to call me and she emailed me instead. I made the mistake of telling Sheila that I do floral work and have a good idea of what an arrangement like the one I received should be worth. It seemed that she found this a reason to be even ruder to me and despite my efforts to work this out (I offered to take less than the full cost of the flowers) she treated me like my disappointment and dissatisfaction were ridiculous

I placed my order on-line for same day delivery. Unfortunately the flowers I purchased were not in stock, and they emailed me right away. They did offer to deliver a different arrangement, but I opted to wait until they were in stock 3 days later. My mom was very impressed with the flowers, she couldn’t believe how beautiful the arrangement was. The delivery man was also dressed in a suit and was very nice, my mom loved it. Thank you very much!
