We rented a wifi unit for use in the USA. Promised high speeds and connections for multiple units. Only ever got 3G coverage and when we were in LA we got no coverage at all, even though we could access free wifi with no problem. The speed was so slow we contacted the email support but they kept saying nothing was wrong and provided no solutions. Only ever worked with one device connected. The speed was so slow you could not use google maps, send photos in messenger, access Facebook etc. To top it off they are claiming the unit has not been returned even though UPS picked up the parcel from our hotel and are not returning the deposit. Avoid this company unless you want to waste your money.

Have used this service twice now, once in Vietnam and once in Europe, and both times have been great. They were quick and excellent in answering any questions I had while on the road. Definitely recommended. Wish they still had the pick up location at YVR, but they delivered and picked up the wife cube direct to my office anyways, so no inconvenience was caused there.

Great service. I'm sure it can be done cheaper but for our Canada-US trip is was hassle free, good reception and speed (only once, deep in Mt. Rainier National Park we did not have mobile reception). Very speedy and friendly responds via email about delivery and pickup, even when we had to change our plans and location. Recommended.

I was quite happy with this service. I returned my device a week early and was refunded the difference without having to ask. My device maxed out at only 3G in the US but I still saved hundreds of dollars compared to buying data bundles.

I rented a pocket wi-fi hotspot for a trip to the United States. The hotspot arrived in my mailbox in Northern Canada days before my trip and worked perfectly while I was abroad. The package did not carry a pre-paid return envelope as expected, but when I raised this, a representative was very quick to sent me a pre-paid label so I could return the hotspot quickly.The service was reliable, the customer service was responsive, and I would definitely use them again.

Having this Pocket WiFi was one of the best things we did for our travel across the East Coast in Canada. First of all, delivery and pick up was super easy and on time with UPS. Secondly, the device worked perfectly almost the whole travel, we were traveling mostly on National Parks and sometimes it was really difficult even to have phone coverage, so it is within the normality. Overall, we think it is a very useful device in our case, tourists who come from a foreign country and have no data use on their mobile phones. Apart from that, we had a limit of data to use during the whole travel but it was really easy to keep track of it, as it was shown in the same device, and updated instantly.

Amazing experience with the company! Communication with them was a breeze! Also, the wifi cube works fantastically even in rural Quebec in Canada. I was also to upload on my social media networks and check my email without any problems. Lastly, I never had any problem with connecting my devices with the wifi cube, whether it's with my Macbook or my iPhone. I'll definitely be renting this again during my next vacation to other parts of the world!

A very smooth experience. Picking up at the specified counter desk at the airport was a breeze. My only comment is the high parking cost at the airport for return. But I guess if you're travelling via the airport then I think it's all cool. Returning it was a little wait due to the counter being a baggage deposit service as well so arrive early!But definitely will use them again. good reception across the country.Thumbs up!

I was able to pick up my WiFi cube at the Vancouver airport as I exited the international customs area. The cube worked great. I plan to use the service every time I travel to Canada. Good customer service too!
