Danasy Landscaping & Maintenance

My husband has been the avid gardener for our property that we moved into 53 years ago. He has done many heavy duty jobs building a gazebo over our patio laying flagstone and interlocking brick on a large patio but his biggest achievement was digging out by hand a 2 ft deep oval shaped pond that had goldfish and water lilies in it for many years! Unfortunately over the years , it had become harder because of our age to look after and was very neglected when I called Gregg at Danasy to see about having the pond filled in with a flagstone walk and garden areas on both sides of the walk. Also , I had always wanted a stone wall like they have in England. I am happy to say that Pete and his crew came in June and worked hard and efficiently to transform the filled in pond area into just what I wanted! My husband was skeptical and it was hard to give up the pond that he had worked so hard on but he really loves this new beautiful area that we have now! Thank you, Danasy, so much!

I highly recommend Gregg Vandenburg and his team at Danasy who installed a lovely patio in my back yard. He was pleasant to deal with and well informed about the grading, materials, and procedures. When a small repair was needed he quickly came to rectify the situation.Hedge trimming, bush removal and garden work by another team at Danasy did a great job, as did my regular grass cutting team. I feel that I am in good hands at Danasy.

We had the pleasure of working with Gregg and several Danasy employees, along with a network of professional subcontractors Danasy works with to fix and enhance landscaping around our pool and backyard. While many landscape companies had turned away the work due to the difficulty of the job, Danasy embraced the challenge and came up with amazing solutions. Gregg was very patient and flexible with plans and was always sensitive to budgetary constraints. All of the contractors on site were extremely professional and courteous and cleaned the work area at the end of every day. Gregg continually updated us on progress, and provided a written update to the contract each time we made changes to the plans so that there were no surprises. Although Gregg wasn’t on site everyday, he made sure we knew who was coming, who was in charge, was constantly in communication with us and when something needed attention he was there asap. I highly recommend Danasy for any landscaping needs.

Danasy came in to help us design and ultimately finish our backyard. We had been struggling with ideas and they made it easy. Even in a difficult year with supplies they were here for a short time with long work filled days with dedicated and clean workers. Took care or our property with machinery needed to do this work. Would and have recommended them to others.

I could write a book on my positive experiences in working with Danasy Landscaping. I have had the absolute great pleasure of working with Henri and many Danasy Landscaping employees for the past 34 years. From a custom built garden shed, a composite deck, a Lumon deck cover, garden beds, outdoor lighting, a little picket fence to snow removal Danasy Landscaping has enhanced my property allowing me to sit and relax with pride and enjoy my property. Until recently, for the past 34 years they have cut and trimmed my lawn (now with retirement I have decided to do this myself). I have never had to seek estimates from other landscaping companies given I have always found Henri to be honest, trustworthy and fair with his estimates and remaining within budget. Many of the crews/employees are skilled, knowledgeable and respectful of the property and the owner. I look forward to continue working with Danasy Landscaping.

We were referred to Gregg and Dynasy last summer to help us add lighting to our backyard landscaping. Gregg and his team were very responsive and had a wealth of ideas to solve issues that had been plaguing us since the landscaping was first done. Gregg very quickly had a plan and his idea to stage the work, so we could see what it would look like before it was installed was a master stroke!. An we were able to see how two light choices would look so we could chose the one we wanted. The work was completed very quickly and the results are better than we could have hoped for. and with snow it looks magical, Thanks Gregg!

These guys did my back yard for me two years ago. I reserved judgement to see if anything would move. Two winter's in and all the retaining walls, raised gardens and fence are rock solid. Very professional, and well trained. They took care of minor issues I had after the job. The sub they hired for irrigation was top notch as well. I would trust them with much bigger jobs as required. They weren't the cheapest, but I fully believe they were worth the money.
