The Starbucks at Ferraro's in Trail is fantastic. The folks there are so friendly, and quick. They spoil us with the toppings, they tempt my love of whipped cream.

Coffee is good. But food is no longer made fresh I guess. All shipped in wrap. No Fresh treats or sandwiches.

I really like this place, the frappuccinos are delicious. I love it that with the gold card you can get from getting enough stars you can use for the happy hour deals once a month or more often. The only thing i dont like is that i cant use my stars to redeem for anything in the Starbucks in Ferraro Foods in Trail B.C. and i think the closest starbucks that will accept my stars is too far away. I tried castlegar and kelowna but neither of them accept stars.

Staff is always friendly and quick. But you can not redeem any points collected here which is very unfortunate as they have a expiry date.

We order blonde coffee and they didn't want to do it. Was a hassle for them to do a pour over. Anyway they did it with reluctance. Takes away from the service experience especially when SB can be overpriced to begin with.
