I made a lashes extensions appointment with someone called Wendy through WhatsApp and found out someone else ended up doing my lashes, and it was horrible! I asked for a hybrid set and I even I brought a reference photo that I did somewhere else, and the result was nothing like what I wanted! I tried to like it but I absolutely feel disappointed more and more every time I look at myself at the mirror:( my go to extension girl was away on vacation and she told me she got trained here so I can give it a try when she’s away, anyways lesson learnt!

Great experienceI have done my eyelashes extensions and laser hair removal there.Staffs are very professional and patient.I will recommend to everyone.

Seriously need to improve their time management skill.The worker seems nice and the laser hair removal did work for me but i had to wait minimum 10-20min even though I booked month ahead every single session.I've tried to be patience for the last 6month but she never gotten better and the chatting with clients while i'm waiting in the waiting room gotten worse. Never coming here again.

Horrible experience! My sister and I went and we requested for separate rooms many times, but they put us in a double room. The massage itself was so inconsistent. She massaged one of my arms but didn’t do the other; and even though it was a full body massage, she didn’t massage my feet. The ladies were talking to each throughout the whole massage, which was uncomfortable. And here’s the kicker: I’m a mid-sized individual and she told me that I should start exercising! When we went to pay, they charged us for a 45 min session, even though they did it for 30 mins. They also forced us to tip. Overall it was a horrible experience. Both my sister and I left with the same pain we came in with, and I left with new muscle pain.

Started doing my lash extensions here about 3 months ago, they have great prices & great customer service too.Very accommodating to my schedule,Its clean, and Andrea is great, quick and gentle.Theres parking behind the building, great location in the yonge and sheppard area.

This is one stop shop for all beautiful ladies. They have everything to make you summer ready. They do eye lashes , amazing facial, massage, laser and what not. My family has been going there for a year and this is our favourite spot. And not to miss the owner and entire staff is a sweetheart. They are always polite and great to chat. Had a message for the first time today and it was the best I ever had. Noah was amazing with my trigger points and was very professional and knowledgable. I will definitely start seeing him for my future messages. I highly recommend Noah.

Worst service and experience ever. . The lady who set my appointment called me to tell me if I could come another day when I was 4 mins away from the place after driving for 30 mins . I told her the situation and she told me she would call me back but never did . I parked at the spot and went to the door and rang the door bell . There was no answer . I tried calling her 4 times no answer . I rang the door bell again. After waiting in the cold for 10 mins I decided to go back to my car. She called me after 10 mins saying waiting for another few mins out in the cold. I was just so shocked at how inconsiderate she was after booking my appointment time so that spot was for me she made me cancel my appointment after driving 30 mins across town.

Wendy was so professional, I felt really comfortable during my massage session overall good service and great price!!
