Rubbish condescending service from the 2 gentlemen at the shop, when I called inquiring about my active Telus Sim which their lovely Collegue threw in the trash without my permission when I got another Koodo earlier in the day. They wouldn’t or let me go thru their “trash” for what is literally my property which they discarded.I would like my Sim back as I believe I have a right to continue maintaining the number on the sim they through in the garbage. I wish to use it for business purposes.

Viktor just solved a problem I've had for over a year and I didn't know it. I came in because of a sim card error that two other techs had failed to diagnose at other stores but three minutes in this store and Viktor had my phone(and all my contacts) restored for very low cost.Much cheaper than the last tech who recommended I buy a new phone and said I would lose all my contacts!Thanks Telus team and Thanks Vik!!

Aiden at this Telus Chinook location was amazing! Fast service, knowledgable, hilarious! I was so stressed walking into the store and was laughing on the way out! (Told ya I'd write a review!) Anyway, I don't often have quite this level of excellent customer service, so wanted to do a shout out for Aiden for sure! Thank you for turning my day around and for the new phone!!
