Absolutely love this pet store. Staff are always so friendly and so helpful. Our guy Charlie is a bit of a barky one and they are so good with him. Plus. He loves their treats. We also love their holiday set ups they do. We always come out for the bone throne.

The best place in the city to find things for BIG dogs! You can wash your dogs for free and the vending machine is the cutest! Love The Pet Store :)

Such a great pet store! They have fantastic selection of quality products at reasonable prices! Super friendly owners, and we lived the Halloween picture opportunity they had set up for pets! We'll be back for sure!

The best pet store ever! They have a great selection of dog and cat food. They have so many unique toys and dog accessories and just fun stuff you don't see anywhere else. The owners are very knowledgeable and kind. They gave my dog a little care package before she had surgery on her leg. The free dog wash is also so nice!!

When facing a tough time with a dog that wasn't eating well, I found some good advice and suggestions from the owners. It is obvious about how much they care about people's fur baby's when I seen the extra they did to get our dog feeling better.The store has so many choices, and the service is the best I've experienced in any pet store.I highly recommend stopping in to meet these great owners. Thanks again for your help to get Lewis back to himself!

On a recent trip to the island I forgot to pack my doggo's water bottle. We popped into The Pet Store neighbourhood shop, in Cadboro Bay, to see if they had something. By chance, they were having a community celebration for one of their customers. Besides that being an impressive and almost unheard of act of community spirit for a small retail business these days, every single human and canine citizen were kind and respectful us as a service dog team. Despite it being an obviously busy day, the staff were kind and attentive. We picked up a very cool doggo water bottle, an extra travel bowl, and a special treat for my best boy, Apollo. They have an excellent selection of special treats.... We are big fans of special treats especially while we're travelling. Apollo gave his treat 5 stars, 10/10, will be back for more next time we're on the island.Even if you're just visiting Caddy Bay or spending the day at the beach it's definitely worth stopping by to pick up an extra special snack or convenient water dispenser for your pupper.

Best pet store in BC! The owners are very knowledgeable and caring, they are very helpful if you have any questions at all. Amazing and unique products, lots of great gift ideas for pet lovers! My boys love the treats and toys we got there! Can’t wait to come back!
