This was my first experience actually entering the shop. Very convenient vape shop location for this neighborhood. I've known of it for some time just didnt have a need to check it out until recently. I was close by with my friend who wanted to get a few new reusable flavored vapes so I suggested that we try Union Vape...Other vape shops I have gone too were over crowded with way too much merchandise which I found too busy per my tastes. This Union Vape location inside was smaller than I had been expecting but still found it to be pretty spot on for carrying the current and preferred vapes most people would be looking for.The staff member who helped us, Tony, really did a great job! We arrived 15min before closing and while deciding he was able to assist a whole bunch of other customers who came along in between. His product knowledge ultimately helped with making the decision on what to buy. He offered products which satisfied the preference of vapes, got us great deals on promotional items, set up my friend with their loyalty program and as we were finishing up, he provided us with very important information about upcoming taxes for some of the vape products they sell.10/10 would definitely recommend again to anyone in the area looking for a good local Vape Shop!

The staff here are so friendly and helpful, I’ve only have amazing experiences here! Joey and Anthony both helped me and answered all my questions for me. The prices are decent and they have an abundance of products to choose from. Definitely will come back to this location!

The staff here is patient, knowledgeable and genuine! They've got an awesome points program. Even though I no longer live in the neighborhood I'll still pop by because their store is clean, not overwhelming, and they always have good juice.

Horrible experience. Don’t recommend buying from here , while I was in store complaining another customer came in complaining about their vape as well. I have bought several packs of pods here that taste old & fake. When confronting the staff doesn’t seem to have answers. “ no return policy once opened “ I understand this policy but when you’re paying customer they should at least offer an exchange. Bad customer service Not how you should run a retail store. Very disappointed

Used to buy Allo refills from here. Finally allowed myself to be convinced to try a new device, was sold on the 6 month warranty etc. After a week testing the device i decided Id continue with it and dropped back in for some coils and more juice.Upon returning I find out my warranty is void because the staff didnt enter my phone number properly, so no record of the sale. Not the end of the world I thought, so I return home to fill a new coild and come back 30 mins later to find it leaked its entirety all over my dresser. Tried a second coil, which held juice fine but wasnt firing properly. The 3rd one out of the pack of 4 worked fine.So i left a voice mail asking if they could help me considering half the coils were faulty out of the box within an hour of my purchase. Message one, no call back whatsoever.Dropped in a week later to follow up and grab some juice. The same lady who messed up my warranty informs me the coils are under warranty only until opened...sorry what??? So they're under warranty as long as you don't use/open them? She answers: exactly. I decided not to argue with her conaidering my first experience and asked her if she could have a manger call me to clarify.....No call back again.Another week passes and thus I decide to leave one last voice mail message. No call back again.Long story short, the customer service/support here is advertised as one of the best in the industry, however, I've come to realize they were just words with no substance!!! They don't even respond.....Good customer service requires before, during, and after a purchase support, not simply until the cash is in your account.Too many good vape stores out there to support this one
