Sunpark Beaver Ridge Estates

This might have been a nice park at one time but it's being let go big time and just looks run down

This is a great place to live. Wonderful neighbors, quiet & clean. Jen & her staff do a superb job!!

They don't plow properly in the winter they definitely don't Salter or sand and that's a very big safety issue the water is yellow and it stinks yet they claim that it safe to drink and the laundry room they're constantly out of order we just went three months with barely any water pressure it took them that long to fix it we couldn't even shower the people that live here are amazing but the owners not so much it always seems to take them 6 months to do anything that needs to be done around here even if it's an emergency. they piled the snow bank so high in my front lawn this winter that I couldn't even see the back out of my driveway the lot here are very tiny so the snow bank literally took up my whole front lawn it was about 10 ft tall and they never ever did come and remove any of it. So come.spring we flooded put thank goodness my boyfriend dug a trench or our whole trailer would have flooded

Like them very much can't wait till they open up again for you can go inside and eat great breakfast

The park is nice, the residents are all very friendly. The management is the worst I have seen anywhere and must be replaced immediately! Cody has a habit of verbally abusing seniors and visitors to the park.

My wife and I lived here for three years. Heating is very expensive because you are forced to use only 100 pound tanks. It is not an ideal place to live. Management is terrible.

They have some very nice mobile homes in there.

Each trailer property is kept clean and well maintained

Family owned & operated on the Worst way!! Appalling Favoritism, Not an Ounce of Privacy from VERY NOISY Neighbours!! Beautiful Surroundings, but marred by 'Trailer Park Boys' management style. Too Bad.....could have been lovely......

This is a cozy little community of manufactured homes with neighbours who are close at hand and ready to help. We always enjoy visiting.
