It’s nice they are open late … but the pharmacy lines are usually long, timelines for (short term) refills are always longer than provided and how is the phone system busy so often.Friendly staff and good selection keeps my rating at 2. Should be a 2.5 maybe. (Probably a sign of thee times more than a reflection on the store)

All grocery stores in Canada are terrible - they sell some kind of filth. But in Shoppers everything seems to be not bad, but their products are not clear to me, just like in Metro - they sell everything for aliens. that's why I walk for a very long time in this store every time and I can't buy anything - that's why the sellers think that I want to steal something. I can buy bananas there, sliced cheese and bad sausage, or headphones. tomatoes are rotten there like everywhere else. Four is still a high rating for Canadian stores, but for Nofrils store, I gave 1 point today because they sell semi-finished baked goods with very sour cheese and not sweet dough. Go to Russian or Ukrainian stores and learn how to trade ato feed people as if they were not people but swamp toads

I am 77 years old, suffer from Lewy Body Dementia and I live in a Long Term Care Home, Victoria Village Manor in Barrie.Last Wednesday I had a toothache and was waiting in line at Shoppers Drug Mart in Wellington Mall. I waited ten minutes and made the comment; Wow, all that time and he still didn't get his prescription.I would take a lie detection test to prove my comment was accurate.I was told that type of behaviour was not acceptable and I was told to leave and never come back.In my opinion this was a clear case of Elderly Abuse, your comments would be appreciated.When I complained to Shoppers Drug Mart I was told the Wellington store was privately owned and there was nothing they could do.Well maybe there is something we can do.Stop shopping at Shoppers Drug Mart.Thanks you,Kenneth John Ferance

This is my second time ordering pizza from this restaurant. It’s very good pizza dough and I will definitely come to support again.

Me and my family took our citizenship photos from this location. First set of photos picked up after about 30 minutes and noticed all back stamped ink not dry and messed up. Went back in they printed and asked wait longer, came to pick up after about hour and half still not dry completely time was around 8pm so I took carefully left overnight to dry. Morning still not dry. Went back again in the morning printed again and they tried to use different stamp which’s not the required in IRCC spec, customer service assistant was insisting to use the wrong stamp and wasn’t very helpful not happy how she talked and treat. Finally front supervisor refunded the money but this was one of worst customer service experience ever had, lost about four hours of my time. Never use their photo service.

Well, I'm done. I've honestly had it with this location. This is the first time leaving a review after too many incidences of leaving there upset. I've wasted too many hours waiting on scripts that are supposed to be ready for pick-up, only to have them start filling it when I arrive (today included). After being told to wait for a half hour, I went shopping. I found Listerine on sale for 4.99, only to be told by the obnoxious cashier (the older blond lady with the braid) that this was not the price, I went to the back of the store and double checked I wasn't mistaken, and I wasn't. Still, they wouldn't honor the price on the shelf. I've had absurd phone calls from the pharmacy refusing to fill my scripts, accusing me of abusing them, when in fact, my doctor has increased the dosage. I've had pharmacy techs tell me to purchase scripted items from the shelf at lower dosages than prescribed which would come out of my pocket rather than be charged to my insurance, meanwhile it shows as a prescription in my app. I've been given rain-cheques on items that are out of stock only for them to refuse to honor them when I've returned. I've been told to use the self-check-out when I wanted lottery. It honestly feels as a customer, you are a burden to this location. What used to be convenient 24-hour location, reduced to midnight, and now reduced again to 9pm has become more trouble than it's worth. I have never been treated so poorly at any other location, as a result, I will bring my business to them. I was the last of the people I know to shop this location, and now you've lost me too. I have a baby on the way, and I need a pharmacy I can trust.

The lady working the makeup department was unprofessional. My friend had accidentally split some foundation because the cap wasn’t properly closed and she didn’t realize that the foundation had gotten on the floor (less than a quarter size). The lady from makeup hunted us down 6 aisles down and yelled at us in such an aggressive tone. My friend apologized but told her she was being unprofessional but that only made her angrier. I had called from a manager and all she did was side with the unprofessional worker. The only reason why they treated us like this is because we appear younger. These people should not be in customer service.

Best Shoppers Drug Mart in Barrie. All of the staff is super friendly and helpful. The ladies in Cosmetics are amazing, attentive, and knowledgeable. They give every customer a personalized experience and will help you find anything you’re looking for.Management is top notch. You can tell Crystal, the Beauty Manager, is a hard worker and is really good at what she does. Michael the new owner cares so much about his employees and cares a lot about upgrading the store for a better customer experience.This Shoppers is worth the travel. I will not go to any other shoppers even though this one is nowhere close to my home.

They don't process prescriptions when they're dropped off, they take their time so expect to wait a long long time.

I find the pharmacy is hard to get in contact with during the hours shoppers drug mart is open. I went in to pick up prescription already filled, and one that was supposed to be filled a day prior (an inhaler which is essential for breathing). Was a long wait, and had to wait more for inhaler that should have already been filled. I used to love this shoppers, however not very happy with it these days.
