My boyfriend bought a 2010 Maserati QP in 2021 from here. Went to sell it at auction in June 2023 only to find out that in January 2023 his vehicle information (which they had kept on file, when they shouldnt have after the vehicle was sold) was used by kar store to sell another vehicle illegally. The RCMP were contacted and thankfully we had all our documents in order to prove we physically have the vehicle. RCMP investigated and determined that Kar Store committed car financing fraud and had used the Maserati information to sell an unsuspecting person a Honda Accord. After multiple attempts to reach Kar store to correct the information or pay to have the Maserati out of province redone with no help. We are suing as now we have to sell the vehicle as out of province or pay out of pocket to have it all corrected.They are scammers and be very aware that your vehicle may have the same issues.Legal action is already under way.
