Have been coming here for some time now and usually the service is great but won’t be going back anymore. I came in so they could put tires on my summer rims but ended up scuffing and denting the lip on my rims… Would’ve rather been told that they can’t do the service due to lack of professional service but instead ended up ruining my rims. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU COME HERE IF YOU HAVE NICE RIMS.

The whole team is both extremely knowledgeable and qualified in this business and helped me with all of my car’s issues while ensuring that my safety was a priority above anything else. Extremely happy with Cosmo and all of his staff. Very honest mechanic who takes the time to explain and talk with you about any work being done. Brought my vehicle in with no appointment they were very accommodating and had me out the next day after having a lot of work done to my truck. Can’t say enough how appreciative I was of the service I received here. Fantastic family run business!! Honest, fair and reasonable!!!

Smoke and mirrors.Took my car for 3 simple things. An oil change, to check the brakes, and perform a smoke test for a known air leak (they had already tried to resolve before). I had also asked for a quote on a detail.First Red Flag:The rental car I was being charged for had a traction control light, airbag light, check engine light and made vibrating/grinding noises while driving. I was told This will get you about 10 minutes away

I've been there twice for quick repairs. Both times they've looked over the vehicle in less than 10 minutes. For a tire repair, I was out the door in less than half an hour. For a battery replacement, it was just over an hour. Theresa is great. Clear communications, no fooling around.

I am from out of town and when i called for a consultation/service I was asked if I could bring my vehicle in “now” … when does that happened ? Service was super ! Cosmo test drove my vehicle, explained the problem, ordered parts and serviced my vehicle by noon the next day ! I was amazed! Thanks so much for your kindness and help ! Can’t beat that for service !

Myself and my family have been using Cosmocare for many many years. Each and every visit is a second to none pleasurable experience. Cosmo, Theresa and the entire crew go out of their way to treat you and your vehicle with the upmost care. Definitely the most honest, helpful and reliable mechanic shop you will ever find. I have since moved away but continue to use Cosmocare because I wouldn’t trust my vehicles with anyone else.
